We went here in early October for a family birthday.
The rooms were very nice and cleaned daily. on arrival only one room was ready which was fine as it was lunch time. the other two we had to wait for to be ready, one was about 3 but the final room was not ready till after 5. this was disappointing.
note to all the balcony sliding doors auto lock so don't be outside and close them.
food was amazing! drinks were fine although you have to pay extra for the premium drinks and ice cream?
location is nice but be warned its a steep walk to the beach and my mother only made this trip once in the week.
staff are friendly but this whole area is very German orientated. not many speaking English staff. but they were all A+.
overall the stay was lovely and we would go back.

The service at this hotel was fantastic.
The hotel reception was very warm, welcoming and helpful.
The hotel was very clean and the cleaners work very hard to keep the place spotless and are all very nice and say hello every morning.
The chefs work very hard to offer beautiful food and the buffet is massive! The selection of fresh fruit, vegetable, salad, meats, dessert and breads is amazing.
There serving staff are very warm, welcoming and work very hard to make each experience at meals time relaxing and friendly.
Mario and Jorgio were our servers most of the time and were very polite, friendly and funny. They were exceptionally professional.
The hotel is absolutely stunning and we had a fantastic stay.
We had a room with a plunge pool and it was beautiful.
I woukd definitely come back and recommend others to come and visit.

SWIM UP ROOM POOR,very noisy all morning, afternoon and evening due to chairs and tables moving around in the restaurant terrace above(so frustrating) Never again .swim up room is just a gimic really, it's not exclusive to you and your room, more like a shared pool, no privacy on the sides and not what was expected at all, BIG SHAME, ,feels like I have germans sharing my balcony/terrace so pretty RUBBISH,remove horrible looking logs and add a bit of privacy glass (simple)room is small with 2 single beds pushed together , its a double room for a couple, why is there not a double bed? Not exactly romantic falling down a hole in the middle of the beds, room is narrow without any mirrors to get dressed in the bedroom just bathroom, and no where in shower to put shampoos when showering, shower takes 45 mins to heat up every morning, afternoon and evening so don't expect to be in a rush anywhere .NO ENGLISH channels on tv, shame as its not only Germans that visit the hotel, seems they are preferred.
Hotel absolutely has no ambiance in the restaurant, LIKE A MORGUE, seems Germans like to sit in silence when eating food, NO BACKGROUND MUSIC, anything would be nice (authentic spanish music played quietly) but no, food seems OK but boring, not enough variety.
A few attention to detail bits like milk for tea and coffee for the room as only the tea and coffee is supplied as there is a fridge, plus tidying up the decoration of the rooms plus making the swim up rooms more exclusive to the specified rooms would be better. Besides all of this I think it is a good hotel and some staff are helpful. Thank you for the cava delivered to the room for my fiances birthday without even mentioning it.
We will be returning, good service and nice stay overall.

We spent 10 days here and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was a relaxed and quiet place. We had a room with our own plunge pool, which was lovely. Only thing to say here is it lacked finishing touches, and could do with some English channels on the TV for siesta time, or last thing at night. The reception team are friendly and helpful. We leave early in the morning, so we had the option of booking an early breakfast, so we can eat before leaving. A good idea, we think. This leads us to the food. The chefs should get commended on their cooking. We didn't have one tough piece of meat. It was always tender and cooked to perfection. Only little niggle is that the food wasn't always that hot, but it didn't ruin it for us. There was no bad stomachs with us or other guests that we know of, so no harm done. Another little thing is the labeled for the food wasn't always correct, so just check before piling your plate up. The waiting staff were friendly and always clearing your empties away. Lovely people. The hotel was kept very clean. They all worked hard. We had clean towels nearly every day, I think there was only one day we didn't get them. A bit of a language barrier, but we just let them do their thing, as they liked to come in and clean for you. Again, good service. The pools were checked morning and night, and cleaned in the morning. Cannot fault the staff here at all. The entertainment was good on certain nights, supersonic were fantastic, and the sax player and his singing partner (sorry for mental block on names) were our particular favourites. There could be a bit more lighting around the back, through the gate to go to the shops. It is rather dark there at night. A supermarket is situated at the front of the hotel, a spar shop to the back. Shopping centers are short walks and longer ones, depending on where you want to go and what for. There's plenty to accommodate near though. The beach access is a little tiring, as there's a steep hill back up, so if you have leg, back, knee problems, it's worth a note on that. Overall a very enjoyable holiday and would consider another visit back.

Rooms are acceptable but need some maintenance. We had a swim up soon so the pool was in good condition. The main hotel pool needs the tiles sorting urgently.
Again food acceptable, it's an all inclusive, set your expectations correctly.
Would only come for the swim up room until they do the maintenance on the main pool
