I had such a great experience at the Excellence Playa Mujeres. The views and pools are beautiful and the food and drinks are great but I think what sets this place above the rest is the customer service. The staff are so incredibly friendly and kind. I want to give a special shout out to Josue with the Excellence Club concierge for making our beach day perfect and comfortable and Angel for waiting on us and making sure we were well fed and hydrated the whole time. Naomi and Jesus were wonderful as well and a pleasure to get to know. We are already looking forward to our next trip here! Thanks to all for a very pleasant stay

Excellence Playa Mujeres is a must visit resort in Cancun Mexico. It brings forth a good luxurious lifestyle for the people in it. The fun events are well planned and have good variety. The bartenders have amazing skills & are great communicators. Each restaurant is unique. BEST PART: Every restaurant has its own take on vegan food which is very important in current market. This vegan food tastes good and is presented well. This is a huge edge.
Special Mention: Enrique and Laura from agave stepped up on the luxury service & truly brought about the brand of Excellence Playa Mujeres. They made the effort to make every dine in experience memorable. They would remember our choices & do the extra work for us. I was attached by this definitely.

Our stay at Excellence Play Mujeres was extraordinary! The food was amazing, the ambience was fun yet relaxing, and the amenities were everything you could want and then some. However the best part of the resort were the employees! We were treated so well by everyone who worked at the resort. They all were so welcoming and happy, they made everyday better than the last. Some stand outs for us were our waiter at Magna and Oregano Alan. He was so much fun and kept us laughing every time we saw him. Plus his service was exceptional. At the club beach Cesar, Alberto and Lucy amazing. They kept us comfortable and happy and were incredibly attentive. We went back to their section everyday for a reason! Saving the best for last we have to mention the hilarious Alphonso! He is the tennis pro at Excellence and is the funniest person you will meet. He made tennis and pickle ball so much fun. We went to see him everyday just to experience the joy he radiated. I really wish I could remember the name of everyone who helped us because every person was truly top tier. We are so grateful to the employees for making our vacation better than we could have ever expected!

We came for our ten year anniversary with our best friends and literally cannot express how far it exceeded our expectations. Everyone was so incredibly kind, thoughtful and attentive. Josue and angel swapped out your water if it got warm before you drank it and remembered your drinks and preferences. They smiled and cared and make you feel seen and heard. The whole resort is so clean and every detail was cared for. If you are thinking of booking, don’t think anymore. It is absolutely worth every penny!!!

Jessica, our waitress, was equally incredible. Her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and genuine care for her guests elevated every dining experience. She ensured our meals were perfect and always made us feel welcome and valued.
