One of the most memorable vacations I've ever had. Not only was the stay amazing, but the all inclusive is worth it. All the activities and food/drinks are included, really can't beat that price. The beach was beautiful with so much fish right off the beach! Scuba diving is out of this world! No wonder it's a favorite out of most islands out there! The location is convenient for renting a scooter to drive around the whole island. Cozumel has stolen my heart 😍

We are just finishing up a week at Palace in Cozumel and cannot say enough good things. The service is incredible, and the entire staff is eager to help in any way we need. The facility is gorgeous, and everything is being cleaned and maintained nonstop throughout the day. We've enjoyed all the dining options and love the ease of using their app to make dinner reservations. One of our favorite places has been the coffee and sweets shop that's open all day long with specialty coffees, cheesecake, cookies, donuts, etc. Our daughter will miss the kids playroom where Yara, Mary and Diane engaged her with fun activities, games, crafts and face painting! It will be hard to leave! ** I need to add Leslie to the list of wonderful ladies in the playroom! We met her at the end. 😄

Second time back to Cozumel Palace. Everyone is so nice, they are always able to bring in the single beds for the kids. So clean, safe, beautiful. Food is delicious and the new coffee bar is the perfect addition!
The towel game is a little rough - if they could figure that out it would be PERFECT.
Maybe assign chairs like seats at NYE dinner or by room number?

Fantastic place to stay. It is very low-key compared to other larger resorts that we have been to. Service like all Palace locations was top tier. If you are looking for a beach experience, this is not the place, but this location makes up for it. Cozumel is about the amazing snorkeling and diving.

This was our first time staying at Cozumel palace. We have stayed every other palace property in Mexico and Jamaica. We don’t have children but we knew this was a FAMILY RESORT when booking it. The resort remodel is beautiful and the staff was as good as others said they were! However on the third day of our vacation the resort went from being relaxing and enjoyable to a spring break party! A group of around 50 people including many 18-19 year old kids that were ready to party arrived. They crowded the only two bars demanding rounds of tequila shots, took over one of the two pools-I even watched one of the college aged kids do a cannon ball off the swim up bar top. Being such a small resort it was impossible to get away from this group. It is very unfortunate Palace allowed this at Cozumel Palace, a quiet, niche resort.
I will give thanks to Marahi, Jose, Eddi, Martha, and Minerva (spa)! These people stand out and make you feel like family!
