From the moment I stepped in, I felt like I was home! Riad Nasreen exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was cozy, clean, and well-appointed, with every amenity I needed.
What truly impressed me was the attention to detail and the personal touches that made my stay feel truly special. The breakfast was a lovely everyday and the lunch and dinner were superb. The wonderful staff always made me feel pampered and took care of all needs.
The location was perfect, with easy access to many nearby attractions. But honestly, I was so happy in the Riad that often I didn't want to leave!
If you're looking for a place to stay that feels like a home away from home, look no further. I can't wait to return and experience it again. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable stay!"

We had our first experience of Marrakech this summer while staying at Riad Nasreen. Riad Nasreen is beautiful, traditional and spectacular with a very authentic Moroccan vibe. The staff was wonderful, helpful, friendly and attentive to all of our needs. They are very welcoming and gave special attention to our 7 years old daughter. The location is great as it is in the old town near many attractions. The food was authentic and flavorful. The breakfast was amazing and so was the dinner. The roof terrace is a lovely place to relax with a nice seating area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be coming back very soon.

Lovely stay at Riad Nasreen. The staff were lovely especially the night manager Khalid. Our room(s!) for our family of four were lovely and spacious. The Riad is in a great location and is calm and tranquil.

Lovely riad in a secluded and quiet spot a few mins from the hear of the medina. The staff are lovely and the rooms stunning with a great rooftop sundeck and small plunge pool.
Just a 3 minute walk from the taxi drop off point (though a little hard to find if you are not prepared). This is a true oasis in the chaos that is Marrakech!

We arrived very late into the night and the first concierge who greeted was very cordial and helpful. Initially, we were given the wrong room (received a regular but we had booked a superior directly on the website) so we compared our room to the photos online and after checking our receipt, they gave us the correct room. The walls, however, were very thin. Be expected to hear your neighbors snoring, awake with the sound of roosters and hallway noise at 6 AM. The second night, as we were coming back to the riad, a man started following us throughout the Medina and to our riad, asking us if he could show us the way. We walked away very briskly towards the riad and when we arrived, the door was locked and we knocked for about 5 minutes before a different concierge (half asleep) came to the door. The man wouldn’t leave until the concierge came to the door. This concierge was new to us, and all of the sudden, he blocked us from entering our room and said that we needed to pay in cash, for our room, because the riad owners were in the UK and the riad was low on cash to buy supplies. That didn’t make sense to us as we had booked directly through Nasreen’s website. He kept insisting that we pay for our stay in cash as they hadn’t charged our card yet. I double-checked our statement and it didn’t have the charge yet, so I said we can pay via card. He then tried to say that there will be a 10% surcharge for card payments, and tried to mark up our room (originally €300 to €330) and I told him no, we will only pay 300 via card (confirmed with google’s currency exchange) as was originally on our digital confirmation receipt. After 15 minutes of arguing, he reluctantly agreed. Stay far, far away from this riad. It’s not convenient to get to (taxis cannot pick up/drop off within the Medina) and one of the concierge is extremely, extremely unprofessional and the quality of the riad is extremely poor.
