Went for a week getaway with my wife.
Here are our pros and cons of the stay:
Pros:
+Masseuse really helped my wife and I.
Jhanina deserves a pay rise for her going above and beyond for giving us a lovely experience (and helping fix my back). We went to the spa every day.
+buffet food decent
+ Perfect location to beach
+ Service was always with a smile, staff very friendly
+ Ultra high inclusive really does mean unlimited food and drink. Emphasis on unlimited drinks especially at the bar which are generally in other places 6-10€ per drink.
+ Very clean rooms and spa
+ Beach towels provided (with 20€ deposit) for entire stay and can be exchanged for fresh ones every day of your stay.
Cons:
- very strong cleaning product smell throughout the hotel from the moment you walk in.
- took 3 calls and a visit to reception to get 2 extra pillows and a blanket. Reception understaffed.
- no room service
-cleaning staff yell to each other in the hallway as of 10am waking my wife and I on our holiday
- cocktails served in water glasses.
- coffee provided in room is undrinkable.
- Hotel WiFi quite weak. Better to use mobile data for a more stable connection.
Summary, the hotel is good value for money and we felt welcome during our stay.

This is a very good hotel, the staff are all lovely and very helpful. The rooms are very lage and always kept clean by the cleaning staff. The level of service is very high also. And the location of yhe the hotel couldn't of been better. Come out of the hotel cross the road, and you're on the beach.

Perfect location, really 2 minutes from the beach. We spent here 7 nights in July 2024, overall, it was good - friendly stuff, tasty food with different kitchens each day, a lot of seafood, rooms were good. Disadvantages - weak WiFi, the only place you can get it inside in our room was bathroom; no fresh yogurt for breakfast, limited options for fruits - cherries only once, peaches in half meals. And initially we were settled in awful noisy room on first floor, where we can hear everything from lobby and restaurant, we asked for replacement and in two days got a new room on 3rd floor, much better in terms of noise, but with slightly broken AC, it wasn't possible to set up the temperature below 21 degrees.

Great hotel in the perfect location. Fabulous selection of food. Very friendly staff. Especially Paco at the pool bar who looked after s so well. And Raquel who kept an eye on everything and made sure we were happy. The hotel is very clean. The friendly staff are always cleaning. Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay here again.

Good service and cool hot tub in the room ($$$ upgrade) but that’s about it. The facilities need to be updated and cared for much better. As a business owner and service provider, you can tell this hotel group doesn’t have the management oversight capacity to maintain all their properties in order to uphold their “4 star” rating.
Needs attention asap… better house keeping throughout the entire resort, wallpaper peeling off, black mold, broken glass furniture and stains on the walls/ceiling to name a few things. See photos.
WiFi is horrible… very slow. Tiny TVs without smart capabilities even in their “upgraded rooms”
Food was okay but not worth the $$$. Cold items were not cold. Some of the meats were tough. The glasses at the pool were dirty.
