Very pleasant stay at Tigotan. Staff all very kind and helpful. Room is adequate, though not enough bedding. Shower is fabulous. Pool and sunbeds area is great as well. Half board food options, breakfast and dinner, have plenty of healthy options. It's not a place for solo travellers, but I like the adults only vibe. The rooftop bar and lunging area, plus Infinity pool and hot tub are also great.

Fabulous hotel in a central location , our second stay here. Food is amazing , especially David's gorgeous omelettes for breakfast with his extra magic sparkle ! Super clean rooms , wonderful staff , lovely pool area and activities. The roof top bar is lovely for sunset drinks with wonderful views. Staff were very helpful when we had an issue with a lost case at the airport and tried their hardest to help resolve. My parents were celebrating their golden wedding anniversary and sent wine and chocolates to the room , so kind. All in all a fabulous hotel, would highly recommend

Very conflicted about the stay. Noisy rooms – If I need earplugs to get through the night, that’s a major problem. The rooms were loud and badly lit. Could here people on the hallways, our neighbours and if anyone in the hotel flushed a toilet. Cockroaches – I’m not squeamish, but dealing with a cockroach every few nights for a week, even after notifying the staff, is just unacceptable. Breakfast – I’m genuinely concerned for anyone who thinks the breakfast here is good. It was bland, unappetizing, and really disappointing for anyone expecting a decent start to the day. Pool – The pool is a nice size, but there aren’t enough loungers, so it’s a mad scramble at 7 a.m. if you want a spot. If you enjoy that kind of competition, you’ll love it. Also, the noise level was unnecessarily high at times. On the plus side, the pool bar was decent with reasonable prices, though that can vary depending on what you’re used to. I want to make sure to note that all the staff were very very nice. I could’ve ignored all the bad things but the cockroaches are the reason I’m writing this. All in all, not a place I would be comfortable recommending to friends.

What a wonderful hotel. Staff are wonderfull and friendly.. the bar manager is very nice and friendly...the evening entertainment was excellent every evening. This is our second time to stay here and we will definitely come back for a third! We really appreciate the hotels sunbed policy, which is that if sunbeds are left unattended for more than 30 minutes..their towels are discreetly removed to allow others use the sunbeds. We really love the night shows and all the musical acts..keep up the great work guys.

Nice staff, very accommodating, spacious rooms, lots of pools, games and events throughout your stay very worth staying here. Debbie was very bubbly and offered lots of energy. It’s a pool run hotel so to get the best sunbeds, wake up at 6:50am to put your towels down. Get to dinner and breakfast when it opens to get the fresh stuff as when it gets busy lots of people go and there can be ques but you get the fresh stuff which is good
