**Decent Stay, But Needs Improvement**
The best thing about this hotel is its location—convenient and accessible to nearby attractions, making it easy to get around. The variety of food options was decent, not amazing but not terrible either.
However, the housekeeping was disappointing. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, and it seemed like the staff didn’t pay much attention to detail. The furniture was quite old and in need of an upgrade, which made the room feel outdated and less comfortable.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement. With better housekeeping and some renovations, this hotel could be much better

This is a wonderful hotel with lovely staff throughout and good choices of food. Paying for a seaview room is definitely recommended.
However unfortunately I can't award 5 stars as there was only 1 working lift which results in long waits trying to get in and out of your room. And as the previous poster said the attention to detail on the cleaning was poor. The cleaners were lovely and replaced everything daily, however the shower screen, fridge door, balcony,bath tiles and many other places remained stained and dirty throughout our stay. It wasn't just the room as the lift, outside of our door and the areas in the lounge, dining room and the downstairs toilet just weren't cleaned thoroughly in 3 weeks. I didn't see a head housekeeper doing inspections as I would have expected. It really needs to be addressed.
All in all despite the ongoing work and poor attention to housekeeping I would always recommend this hotel.

Do NOT book!!!
1. NOISE ISSUES MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP! There was construction next to the hotel throughout the night, causing unbearable noise and severely disrupting my rest.
2. FRONT DESK STAFF WERE RUDE, USED FOUL LANGUAGE, AND REFUSED TO ADMIT THEIR MISTAKE! When I was checking out, the staff falsely accused me of not paying and refused to let me leave. After verifying it was their mistake, they still did not apologize and insulted me instead. This unprofessional behavior nearly caused me to miss my flight.
3. ELEVATOR INCONVENIENCE! The hotel has over 400 rooms but only one elevator, often requiring a 10-minute wait just to use it.
Avoid this hotel if you value your peace, time, and dignity!

We spent Christmas at this lovely hotel with great food, fabulous staff which made for our very happy Christmas break. Our lovely clean, nicely decorated room was on the 12th floor with fabulous sea views and was serviced every day. We never once had a problem with the lifts and can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel. The Christmas entertainment was unexpected and very enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at The Preluna Hotel.

Descent hotel in Slima with better location for view of the water front. Area is quiet and less crowded. But all shopping and eatery are nearby at walking distance. Decent sized rooms, have TV and tub for shower. Nest and clean, well maintained linens and furnishings best thing was the balcony view of the sea. Great... Please carry your own drinking water to hotel. They don't provide one in room. Lifts are quite slow.
