Lovely hotel.
Food good.
Pool good even if it is across the road!
Could do with new pillows for bed.
Could do with safety stickers on the glass balcony windows.
Could do with allowing guests that are checking out to have a meal. There is lots of food left over so it would not have hurt!
We arrived on the Thursday and missed our breakfast so it would have been nice when we left Thursday evening the next week to have had a dinner.

Great hotel, used it for B&B The Food Hall lovely, lots of variety. Our room was super, no sea view but well appointed and The Air con is very cold.
Bar on the ground floor good and the Sky Bar has a great view and vibe. The staff are very attentive and polite

Good location, clean room, air conditioning. We did not spend that much time in the hotel..more or less sleeping, breakfast and go. But everything what we needed, was provided and most importantly- it was clean. The breakfast was rather ok. They have a good variety but somehow everything tastes the same. Skybar is super-cool!

Stayed several times there. There were times that were revocation where it was not comfortable at all. The service is professional and friendly except for the long checkin. Many occasions they were kind to accommodate late checkout.
Food is good, location is one of the best with this sea front view.
If you are looking for smoking sea front room, this would be one of the very few that you will find that at that cost ( perhaps the only)

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. They lied and told us they informed our booking company (Expedia) that there was construction which was complete lie as we received all other messages from the hotel. Our room 5121 was 3/4 renovated, there is only a sheet for the bedding, the pillows are awful, the hair dryer is from the 1920’s, nothing is connected (our room was essentially 2 buildings away from the main). The construction noise is the loudest I’ve ever experienced and it starts at 7-8am, drilling in your hallway, nail guns in the room next to you, construction outside your window, caulking being put around your door, drilling for the new elevator, dust in the halls, you can’t escape even with a noise machine. The pool is across the street and dirty, the “spa” is down the street, there is one sad bathroom in the lobby. The cleaning ladies are friendly and nice (only positive ). The renovated shower leaks all over the floor of the bathroom. The mini fridge was broken, the balcony looks like it may fall down (building 2 from left of main hotel if you’re on google). When we asked about the construction they clearly had lots of made up excuses and we paid full price and had booked 7 months in advance. Even if there wasn’t insanely loud construction, this is a 2.5 star hotel don’t be tricked. They didn’t even have our other friends room ready when we arrived, even though we booked 7 months in advance so they were given a room with no windows for the first night, 100 euros off and told they’d be fully moved to the sea view room at 2pm the next day which ended up taking until 3:45pm and ruined their second day as we had an event to get to at 4pm.
