The hotel is excellent, as well as the staff. Everyone is helpful and ensures you're satisfied. It's tidy and clean. The food is top-notch. Highly recommended. We're definitely coming back!

I could not fault this hotel! Lovely rooms, spotlessly clean. Smiling helpful staff. Rooftop and indoor pool with sauna and steam room. Great location. Lovely food and drinks. What more could you ask for? Best place we have stayed at for some time.

Lovely hotel, although I would judge it a 4 * maximum, even through listed as a 5*. The staff were very friendly and nothing but smiles and enthusiasm for all and any requests. Room 435 was a very large room with mini-fridge and views over the Med. The bath tap was faulty but the room was spotless and cleaned every day. Restaurants Asian: very good Roof-top: closed for our 5 days. Ground floor: very good. Deffo a good hotel.

The room was spacious with a large and comfortable bed. Breakfasts were delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.
But for a five-star hotel, the property felt a bit worn. There was a cracked sink in the room, which didn’t leave the best impression. The view from the room was disappointing, overlooking the roof of a nearby building with only a distant glimpse of the sea. Additionally, the hotel didn’t allow early check-in, not even by an hour, which was inconvenient.

“Renovations were carried out in the room next to ours for two consecutive days. Despite our complaints, the work continued. The noise was so loud that not only was it impossible to rest, but if you didn’t cover your ears, it would give you a headache. While I was unwell and staying with my child, their proposed solution was: ‘We can change your room.’ Not even a simple ‘We apologize; we can reschedule the renovations.’ This approach alone is enough to demonstrate that the hotel lacks a customer-focused attitude, no matter what else they try to do!”
