Stayed here for six nights and had a great experience. The location is ideal in Sliema—easy walk to the waterfront, restaurants, and shops, and convenient for getting around the island. Staff were consistently friendly and professional, check-in was smooth, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooftop terrace/pool is a standout with excellent views, especially around sunset. Breakfast had a solid selection and good quality. Would happily stay again.

Wow! Just wow! What can I say except that the staff are exceptional and really made us feel like it was our home away from home.
This was our first holiday as a family with our 1 year old daughter and we were nervous as to what it would be like. But their level of care was exceptional. Which helped put us at ease. Nothing was to much trouble. They remembered we needed a high chair at meals and knew we wanted to be away from people in case she was being loud.
The facilities were fantastic.
Food delicious and a great selection at each meal.
We can't wait to return!

Just returned from the most amazing experience staying at AX The Palace. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the most friendliest staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone went above and beyond to make my BIG birthday celebration stay very special (birthday cake & wine in our room). We enjoyed cocktails in the adjoining ‘Talk of the Town’ and had the most amazing food in the hotel’s Temptasian restaurant 😍The views from the top floors across Sliema and over to Valletta are incredible! We enjoyed the location of the hotel, which was near to restaurants and bars and enabled us to have a short stroll to walk off our indulgence in food and drink! 😊 We highly recommend staying at this hotel and look forward to returning soon 🤩

Our stay at AX The Palace Malta was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special mention to Navo and the front desk team, who were always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, they truly made us feel welcome.
At the pool bar, Dominca and her team were equally amazing, attentive, warm, and always ready with a smile. They really made our time by the pool extra special.
Our room was stunning, with a spacious layout and a private terrace, this was an upgraded suite; simply incredible! The spa facilities throughout the hotel were brilliant, perfect for unwinding and relaxing, great private terrace, with indoor pool, sauna and steam room.
Overall, everything about our stay met our expectations from the service to the amenities.I highly recommend AX The Palace Malta to anyone looking for a short stay in Malta.

Just returned from our second visit of the year to the Palace.
From the moment we arrived until the time we left ( reluctantly ) our stay was perfect.
We stayed in an executive room which was great, huge bed, decent sized balcony with a sea view.
The hotel facilities are fantastic, the pool on the roof has its own bar serving drinks ( I recommend the Bahama Mama cocktail ) as well as food.
Breakfast in the hotel has everything you could want and even at busy times we never had to wait for a table.
The Temptasian restaurant serves a great selection of different Asian foods and also has a lovely atmosphere.
I could go on a lot more about all the things that the hotel has to offer, but what really stands out for me is the staff, nothing is too much trouble. From the management to the bar staff, the staff in the breakfast room and everyone in between, they are all so friendly and so helpful.
The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the sea front and harbour, where you can catch the ferry over to Valetta.
If and when we go back to Malta it will definitely be to the Palace.
