Great buffet breakfast with attentive staff. Evenings meals at Le Bistro had a good range of choices (especially vegetarian options) and got very friendly hospitable service from all staff, but especially our “regular” server Marvie.

We stayed here for four nights for a holiday and it was a bit disappointing. We arrived late on Sunday night and went out for a while during the day on the Monday and came back to our room not having been cleaned. On Tuesday, we wanted to go for a swim only to find that the outdoor pool was shut which wasn’t very clearly advertised when booking (this had been a big selling point for us). The indoor pool was nice but the jacuzzi was not very warm at all.
Our room got cleaned on the Tuesday but again on the Wednesday after going out for a while, we came back to an unclean room. The light in the bathroom also broke while we were there. We were then kept awake on our final night with people scraping chairs in the room above - we had to wake up at 3am to get our flight. I would go back to St. Julian’s but not this hotel.
EDIT: Adding this in response to the hotel’s response - the do not disturb sign was on the door when we were in the room resting, washing or changing and as I said, we left the room for long periods of time a lot and the room was still not cleaned. The housekeeping staff were rarely seen by us so I believe this is either a staffing issue or a scheduling issue.
Also the fact that the staff have mis-gendered me by using the title “Mr” in their review really shows their lack of attention to detail or care for their guests.

Everything is Great the food and staff is great . We had a specific waiter named Marisa she was very helpful and she made sure we're eating good and provided great service. It's a beautiful environment and very well designed space, I would very much recommend. romm very clean. they make sure everything is okay and they all provide great customer service. 100% no regrets coming here.

We pretended that a 5 Star hotel would have table cloths on tables. Ours had none, not even a runner! Food was good, but as for carvery there was none beef finished and the other beef was hard to eat.
