Recommended. A very nice stay. Very good location and hotel, with nice private beach, clear water, good pool area with great view and nice adults only pool for quiet option. Excellent service throughout, from Henri welcoming us personally at breakfast through to everyone actually, from main desk to room servicing - everyone extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The only thing I’d say was that dinners were more average.

Really enjoying our stay, beds are comfortable & facilities are great. Breakfast is amazing and exceptional service from the staff particularly from Jesmond who served our table & was very attentive, friendly, approachable & polite & offered us hot drinks soon as we got to the table that were excellent & brought out quickly. Thank you, will come back :) we also really enjoyed our stay at the sister hotel in golden sands last year so will be difficult to choose between the two!

This hotel needs to up it's game to be a 5 star rating. Pool in shade most of day. Buffet food mainly cold salads and meat. Hot food only ever lukewarm and hardly any choice. Not much info given out by reception staff. Only interested in looking at screens not very smiley or helpful. Found out lot more from our jet2 holiday rep. Overall OK. But much nicer hotels nearer facilities. Lots of building work next to hotel so no nice walks anywhere due to road closures etc. Very hilly area no good for disabled etc. Had to use taxis. On the plus side beds were comfy and all areas seemed very clean and tidy. Would not stay here again as lots of nicer hotels in better areas. Needs to improve main restaurant offering in more quality hot dishes and less cold salads.

We loved the hotel and had a fantastic stay. The food was excellent, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Above all we thought the staff were excellent. From the bar staff at The Bridge and The Edge to the breakfast staff and the cleaners - they couldn’t have been more helpful and offered excellent customer service as well as being friendly and efficient! We would like to give special thanks to the Bridge bar staff who were wonderful and especially to Fe from the Bridge bar who looked after us all week and gave above and beyond excellent customer service and made us feel very welcome! Also thank you to Marisa/Rose who were so welcoming at breakfast.

Excellent - rooms clean and well presented. Staff generally attentive but breakfast service needs to be sharpened up. Staff outside by the pool needed to be asked for tea/milk etc.
Food of very good standard and enjoyable
Nice pool areas.
Location reasonable away from the noise of the main area but walk to bus stop challenging if you have issues.
