Gorgeous hotel! Staff were so polite, friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic! Can't fault the place. We stayed in November 2024. Pool side just great. There was also a Pianist in the evening, both were fabulous. The Operation Manager Ahmed who was from Egypt and the Security Manager both really lovely guys and funny too! There are also a couple of restaurants to the side of the hotel that are on the complex and they were just great, food great and the staff adorable.
Views from our rooms were beautiful.
There is also a well equipped gym.
I took the advice from Ahmed to eat like a king in the morning, and I followed that advice throughout the day! Hence my clothes were a little tighter when I arrived home!!!

First time here and on Malta. The choice of Hotel was at the spur of the moment and was clearly a good choice. Upgraded to a suit, which was nice and had a great balcony. Breakfast was very good. Overall service was excellent, especially the bar team.

Phenomenal hotel and I cannot recommend enough for a relaxing holiday.
We stayed for 7nts with our young son and the staff could not have been more friendly, welcoming and supportive. The facilities are first class and every area was very clean. We really enjoyed the option of an indoor and outdoor pool as well as the option of a sea swim!
In particular we’d like to mention Santosh at breakfast to made the effort to say hello to our son every morning and was very attentive.

We stayed at The Westin in February for 3 nights as a weekend getaway. The first thing that impressed us was the service, every member of the staff was very lovely, kind, and helpful. We were offered a big room with 2 queen beds, so we enjoyed the spacious room we had. We had lunch at the restaurant in the lobby, and enjoyed that too. We liked staying here during winter, and I believe it’s amazing during summer. The only thing we weren’t very impressed by was the indoor pool/spa space. It felt slightly outdated and in need of refurbishing. It was also difficult to find sun beds, as they are quite limited. Nevertheless, we would certainly come back to stay here.

Before arriving I was in email contact with Joseph, the concierge whom answered every question, arranged a van from the hotel. During the trip our companion broke her wrist and was ambulance driven to the hospital where her and her husband sat in Limbo for 4 hours. I called Joseph whom explained while healthcare was good in Malta, the state run hospital was short handed and could be a full day disaster; instead he suggested a private hospital we switched to whom triaged, xrayed, diagnosed and cast her arm in 2hours total!
Joseph made a bad situation, so much better.
Sunny and the breakfast staff were stellar, remembering our names and even that our friends liked to sit outside, but not in the sun (so they often literally moved the table for us!)
The maids, grounds keepers and Amy in reception (whom we purchased a very fair priced upgrade for the room) were fabulous.
We have traveled all over the world and this property was perhaps the best we had ever been. It wasn’t the fancy stone, spacious suite, beautiful pools,though they were certainly present; it was the people who made the difference. I will take the accounts of my experience back with me to North East Ford as the Dragonara exemplifies everything we stand for.
