This was a lovely hotel with entertainment day & night for kids & adults.
The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you.
The food was delicious and could not fault the food. There are lots of different verity to choose from.
The only downside to this holiday is that the rooms are very dated.
But rooms were clean and tidy.

We were at the hotel over Christmas holidays. The territory is not very big, but well maintained. The rooms are good for 2 people, but are a bit small if you are 3. The food is good, but if you stay in a hotel for more than 1 week it becomes a bit repetitive. The hotel has big well heated swimming pool. Rooms only have air conditioning, but no heating, so it is not very warm in there during winter. The beach is at a sister hotel, but it is 10 min max to walk and there is a frequent bus going to the beach. There is no other place to swim, but on the reef. However, the reef is very beautiful, there are ropes surrounding the swimming area and there is no current. Jetty is new and steady, there are several stairs going in the sea. The beach is not very windy and the sun is on the beach until the sunset. There is a bar on the beach, where it is possible to get drinks.

I enjoyed my stay here. Wonderful staff. Aqua aerobics every morning were superb. The spa treatment was first class and the ladies there were lovely. Would definitely stay again. Great value.

This was our second stay at the Sunrise Remal Resort and we loved it. The hotel is beautiful and the staff make your holiday extra special. We stayed with two young children and the animation team went out of there way to make our children happy.
The restaurants were spotless clean and the food was great with so much to choose from. There were 4 A La Carte Restaurants which we dined in and loved the food there.
The heated pool was amazing especially in December and January and our children both loved the slides.
All the staff should be recognised for there effort and success in making the Remal experience more enjoyable and memorable.

Glam Beauty Dolls
I stayed at sunrise remal for 7 days with my wife and 3 kids. Our rooms were booked for double but we requested connecting rooms. Staff upgraded our rooms without any issues. Room service was provided every day with fancy towel setting on bed. Which was very romantic and the guy was very humble. The staff at the pool and restaurants were amazing and always seemed very active to help. From clearing the plates to giving out drinks. Everything was great. Food was good, however it was repeated the same every day. Less chicken options, more of vegetables and beef/lamb. As i only eat chicken But i was fine as i managed. There was entertainment provided at night. Kids entertainment before the adults. Which was great idea. You will see people from different backgrounds however more of Russians and they are quiet rude in terms of mannerisms. Beach is walking distance. There r shops within the resort but they will charge you extortionate prices which will be triple the price from OLD MARKET which is about 30min drive from the resort. However shops in old market will try and rip you off too being tourists so haggling is must. But this is not my piece of cake. I dont like to be bothered when m shopping. There r no price tags on anything anywhere at all. They look at you and charge you accordingly. Always ask for dollar or GBP. However i always paid them in EGP and even then i was over charged so i ended up coming back as its very irritating. I dont have the energy to haggle with every shop man its annoying and draining too. Anyway going back to the resort. You have the option for multiple restaurants to book which you have the pre book. The food was ok in them restaurants. Not busy. We also went to spa in the resort and again same issue about over charging the tourists. Its like the whole of sharm does the business on dollars / gbp and like to over charge. They should improve on this, have price set and displayed so people can pick and choose and not waste time. However spa service was nice with jacuzzi, sauna, steam, hamam and massage rooms. Staff was nice there too. I would recommend this hotel and sharm provided you dont come with mindset to shop and only stay within resort. the weather was approx 20/23 degrees which was quiet warm as we all ended up with sun burns. Pools are not heated
