Good value for the money! Personally, my wife and I were looking for sea and beach experience - snorkeling and diving. Stayed there in Dec 2024. It was windy there on the beach, often stuff closed the entrance to the pier because of high waves on the sea. There is access to the coral reef, which is quite beautiful, with a lot of fish. Catering was good, with diverse dishes and deserts. Small market and ATM in 5 minutes walk distance

I have mixed feeling about this hotel. All the premises are realy outdated, especially the lobby. Most of the staff speak poorly both english and russian. All the meal and drinks services are in the rush. Glasses in the beach bar end very quickly and you have to wait until they collect and washed them. Super long ques at the beach bar and at the dinner time in the main restaurant. Most of the bar and restaurant staff is very unhappy. Most probably due to despotic managers and poor salaries. Tips can get a sincere smile and attention. Mohamed from the beach bar was very friendly. Despite all disadvantages, the location is good, beach is close, food is ok. Would not go back to this place but in general I left with quite nice feeling and rested.

The hotel overall was a very good experience, the food was delicious and had variety of options actually I tried most of the cuisines and they all tasted decent
The reception and the staff were very gentle and helped in everything. Even without asking the staff would come and ask if we need something
Also the animation team were very joyful and cheerful I enjoyed playing darts alot and was excellent

This is not an aqua park in november. We stayed here 10 years ago and loved it. 10 years later, it's a carcass of what it used to be.
Infested with mosquitos, dirty bathrooms which were full of mould and cracked bath tubs, no hot water for 24 hours & shouted at when I complained.
They spray painted a room door next door to us & we were left in a fume filled room overnight.
Entertainment was all in Russian day & night. You didn't even feel like you were in egypt at all! We complained to the entertainment team, who did nothing to change it. The music was all techno Russian racket all day long. To the point we had to leave the pool.
The food was so bland & repetitive every day. Not even salt or pepper is put into their dishes.
The only good thing about the stay was Abdallah, who works in the restaurant. He was so kind & always so smiley.
Taxi staff at the front wanted 1200 Egyptian pounds to go to naama Bay and back. We walked out of the complex and were charged half that price.
This is definitely our last time in sharm & this hotel for sure.

This conversation happened with one of the hotel guests while standing in a long line for a couple of glasses of warm beer. If you don't want to waste your nerves, money, and time, it's better to immediately close the page with the Parrotel Aqua Park hotel.
If you still want to check it out, let me tell you what awaits you:
- A tired room; for four people, we were given a room with two double beds and two sets of towels.
- Staff who can't string two words together in English, let alone other languages.
- Daily struggles in the dining area: finding a free table, finding chairs, finding utensils and napkins, no plates, no mugs, lots of broken dishes, lines everywhere, waiting and begging the bartender for a bit of warm beer, standing in line for 15 minutes for an omelet, and much more. All this in an atmosphere of hustle and crowding.
- All the food is the cheapest and constantly the same, the menu is sparse.
- The feeling that you owe everyone something.
- "Their own" people are let through without queuing.
- They serve small portions, ask for more, and they refuse.
- Mangoes with worms.
- No coffee machine — scoop Nescafe Classic with a spoon yourself. And only for breakfast.
- No juices, no compotes.
- Various smacking and whistling directed at your wife.
- Bed linens were changed after 8 days, and only after we requested it.
- It took three days of asking to get the air conditioner fixed.
- All pools close at 6:30 PM, there are no snacks in the bars, cups can't be taken with you.
- Cups are often cracked or disposable.
- Beach towels are constantly unavailable.
We had some problems EVERY DAY. The attitude of the staff is borderline rude, sometimes even beyond. If you want decent service, be ready to argue and stand up for your interests. But is that what we go on vacation for? Personally, I would have rather stayed home. It's just a disgrace.
