Excellent hotel.Great service. Resort location is perfect. The room was very spacious and clean, had everything in it, and they even make figures out of the towels and blankets to decor the bed Wich is very funny and cute. The food was very good especially the service , they had a great service and the people that worked there were very friendly and welcoming. I can recommend this resort not only for families with kids but for the adults too because adults and kids can have fun there on slides and even with the programs and animation . Even though it's not located directly on the beach, they take you in a special bus for the resort so you don't have to walk there. Great service and thank you for everything

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family for our vacation. It was my second visit to this property, and I have also stayed at their sister hotel, Jungle Aqua Park in Hurghada.
While this hotel offers a pleasant experience, it falls short in comparison to Jungle Aqua Park in some key areas. For instance, Jungle Aqua Park provides a wider variety of halal drinks and boasts five restaurants to choose from, whereas this hotel only has two restaurants. Additionally, the night entertainment here is quite disappointing and could use significant improvement.
Would I return? Unfortunately, no. I would prefer to stay at Jungle Aqua Park instead.
That said, I would like to express my gratitude to some exceptional staff members who made our stay more enjoyable. A special thanks to Chef Surya for preparing some delicious Indian dishes that made me feel truly special. Also, a big thank you to Ahmed Omer for the lovely coffee and Ibrahim in the bakery for his outstanding service.

Well it's a bit of a mixed bag this place.
What shall we do first... lets get the negatives out the way first.
Food. This is really boring and the same each day pretty much. The breakfast options were really limited, and evening meals were just about palatable.
Drinks
A really poor selection of drinks were available, and the local spirits they use are disgusting. So much so that we went and bought vodka off site to drink. Kids drinks are similarly very restricted.
Animations Team
complete rubbish, unless you are Russian. (NB the hotel is very Russian heavy in terms of occupancy) None of them spoke English more than a couple of words, they werent engaging, paid our 10 year old son zero attention and really were a waste of space. The only time they spoke to my wife was to ask her to write a review on google. So they arent very smart either.
Trips.
We booked a Quad bike safari through the rep at the hotel, a man called Bishoy. He promised sunsets and echo canyons and a great experience. What we got was no sun sets, no echo canyons, just a flat dirt track that was very bumpy and hundreds of other quad bikers, all going to the same little tented area where the main aim was to get as much cash out of the tourists as possible. It was boring, dangerous, and zero fun. When I mentioned this to Bishoy, his reply "next time will be better". Well there wont be a next time as we wont be conned twice.
I think ive gone on enough about the bad points enough, now for the good.
Egyptian Staff.
Wow these guys are so good, they are friendly, and cant do enough to help you. They recognise you after the first meeting and are a compelete credit to the hotel. From the guy who helps you with your luggage when you arrive to the waiters in the restaurants, to the bar tenders and life guards, not forgeting the gardners and cleaners. They are all brilliant.
Rooms
We booked a family room for me my wife and our son, it was lovely. The best room we have had in Egypt. My sons bed was in a partitioned arean in the bedroom and it just works. The Air con was fantastic, plus you get a cold fridge. There were two channels on the TV in english, one for films and the other BBC News.
Water slides.
Brilliant! loads of fun and cleverly they closed them at lunch time on a rota basis so that there was always slides open.
Pools
Loads to chose from and all lovely.
Beach
Take the free shuttle bus to the beach area, and there are plenty of sun beds and easy access to the sea. Which was beautiful and some great snorkeling to be had. Plus a beach bar with drinks and snacks at lunch time.
Upkeep
The hotel is huge, almost maybe too big, but it is kept pristine by the team of gardners and cleaners. A lovely place to be.
Spa
Well worth a visit. The staff are great and services and superb. We did a deal on four massages for £160 Each 45 mins to an hour long.
So as I said a mixed bag. We wont be going back as there are better places, but we certainly had a great week away in a beautiful hotel.
