1. The location is convenient: you can walk to the Old Market in 20 minutes, and to the beach in 10 minutes. There was no wind on the beach in early February, and it was quite comfortable to swim. It would be great if listening to music from speakers was prohibited on the beach, since this is a place to relax, not a disco. If you walk further along the beach to the left around the corner, there is a beautiful reef. Entering the sea does not always look convenient because of stones, concrete slabs, or slippery steps: it was fine for me, but perhaps this point is important for older people or those with special needs.
2. The animation is average: all kinds of sports like yoga and exercise are quite a good level for a hotel, evening shows are nothing special, dancing, etc. There are no intellectual competitions or quizzes.
3. Food: you will not go hungry, everything is well prepared, there is a choice.
4. Staff: good professional guys in the bars, and the receptionists were not the most friendly and polite people, although there was no reason for such an attitude. The cooks and cleaning staff were friendly.
5. Pools: there was one heated one for swimming, it was crowded. There are several more heated pools, into which you slide down the slides. The slides worked in February, somewhere the water was warm, somewhere cold.
6. Room: clean, at first there was no soap and slippers, after asking they brought them. There was a noisy substation nearby, if you open the balcony at night, it was uncomfortable because of the hum. The air conditioner, refrigerator and safe worked, the mattress was good, there were enough sockets.
7. Contingent: mostly citizens of the CIS countries, I often met people who did not greet the staff, did not say either "thank you" or "please". It was sad to watch this.

We loved the hotel! The aqua parks were incredibly fun 🤩, and the VR games were available for free 👌🏼. The food, coffee, beverages, and ice cream were both delicious and plentiful 🙏🏼. There was a shuttle service to the beach, where we could enjoy swimming with fish 😇. Additionally, the rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Manager Mr. Ahmed Mostafa, who personally took care of us since our arrival at the hotel. A special thanks to Mr. Amgat Rafete, who continuously directed the cleaning teams every day, and to all the hotel staff for their excellent service. It was a perfect choice for a fun and enjoyable vacation! 😇

We stayed at this hotel 8 times now, everything was great as always.
We rested for 14 days and during that time the service was good, the beer was cold and the weather was warm. The staff remembered us and we felt as at home. Our room cleaner Hesham Alaa was good. We will definitely visit you again.

We were there from 16th to 23rd December 24. Best place so far after many visits to Sharm. Clean and spacious rooms. Amazing restaurant and special thank you to the manager and Ali Atia and bartender Ahmed for the wonderful evening on my wife's birthday

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family for our vacation. It was my second visit to this property, and I have also stayed at their sister hotel, Jungle Aqua Park in Hurghada.
While this hotel offers a pleasant experience, it falls short in comparison to Jungle Aqua Park in some key areas. For instance, Jungle Aqua Park provides a wider variety of halal drinks and boasts five restaurants to choose from, whereas this hotel only has two restaurants. Additionally, the night entertainment here is quite disappointing and could use significant improvement.
Would I return? Unfortunately, no. I would prefer to stay at Jungle Aqua Park instead.
That said, I would like to express my gratitude to some exceptional staff members who made our stay more enjoyable. A special thanks to Chef Surya for preparing some delicious Indian dishes that made me feel truly special. Also, a big thank you to Ahmed Omer for the lovely coffee and Ibrahim in the bakery for his outstanding service.
