We spent there last Christmas and it was really nice 2 weeks. We enjoyed a lot the friendly staff and the extremely nice location. Snorkeling, diving and swimming is amazing.
The beach has anything you can wish for. The hotel was being renovated and we hope that will give it the new touch it deserves.

I am going there 2 times in a row and I am very satisfied. The service is wonderful as well as the beach. I love the architecture and the way the resort is positioned. All the staff is great. The rooms are spacious and the A/C works well. The beach is quiet and almost no one bothers you which is why I make the choose to vacation here. Prefect location in my opinion and I will come back.
One remark I have to make is the location for the lunch (if you are all inclusive). It used to be in the main restaurant where the lunch was being served and its was nice and pleasant with the air conditioning. This year (2024) they moved the lunch to the Sea View restaurant which has a nice view but it out in the open with some fishnet-looking roof which hardly protects you from the sun and it right in the hotness of the midday sun so its not very pleasant. I know that you may not have many guests with the all inclusive option but you can separate one smaller section in the main restaurant where people can eat their lunch in a normal and pleasant setting instead in the hot midday sun at the Sea View small restaurant.

The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Hurghada. The sea is fantastic, and for all snorkeling enthusiasts, I think it's the ideal place. The food was very good, unlike some other resorts in Hurghada, at least for me, because it didn’t contain various local spices. Our good fortune was that we were placed in a newly renovated room, and everything was perfect. A special thank you to the staff, who were always smiling and positive. I hope to have the opportunity to visit this resort again after the renovation is complete.

Very beautiful place and very kind workers! The rooms were good my only criticism is that one of my doors didn’t fully close. Otherwise fantastic beach food and drinks!

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. While the stay had some positive aspects, significant drawbacks made the experience less than ideal.
1. The hotel appears to prefer Western guests over Asian ones. At the breakfast restaurant, Asian tables were often ignored. Especially at the egg station, the staff took orders from Western guests but did not even looked at us for once, eventhough I said hello first. He suddenly began making an omelette without asking anything. When I politely asked if it's mine, and requested for scrambled eggs instead, he totally ignored me and stirred the nearly done omelette a few times aggressively, and handed me an overcooked scramble (More like an crushed omelet). Meanwhile, he greeted other Western guests behind me warmly and engaged in conversation (And of course asked for their order)
Aside from a few friendly staff members, the overall service was poor from the breakfast restaurant.
2. Due to ongoing renovations, the pool-view lobby (one of the reason I picked this place) and some restaurants, were unavailable. And I had to experience power outages, twice.
3. The private beach, while pleasant to swim, is not ideal for snorkeling, unlike nearby Kempinski’s snorkeling spot. The nearby jetty offers opportunities for snorkeling, but it’s unsuitable for beginners or children due to strong currents, sharp corals, and some deep-watered areas. Kempinski, on the other hand, provides a safer snorkeling experience with shallow waters, calm conditions, and no such hazards.
4. When we ordered room service at night, the delivery was incomplete. There was no beer opener, and only one fork was provided for 2 persons.
So if you’re an Asian traveler expecting fair and equal treatment for the price you pay, I strongly recommend spending a bit more and staying at Kempinski. The service is friendlier, the facilities are well-organized, and you can enjoy safe snorkeling at the private beach. Additionally, the quality of half-board meals is superior.
It was particularly disappointing to see more Asians staying at Sheraton but receiving comparatively poor treatment overall.
+ And of course there are some pros.
1. The nearby jetty is a fantastic spot to watch the sunrise & sunset. (It’s not part of the hotel facility, it's accessible for guests from other hotels too.)
2. We stayed in a newly renovated room, which was clean and comfortable. Once the full renovation is complete, the hotel will likely become much more enjoyable.
3. Some staffs were kind and professional. They made parts of our stay more pleasant. (But again, I belive every staff should be more professional, not just a part of them)
