I knew this was going to be a great place to holiday from when they had us sit down and have something to eat and drink before we had even checked in! Hospitality is 10/10 the rooms are clean as well as the hotel as a whole. The food was glorious! And we had a different theme every night. Entertainment is also super! Both day and night there is always something to do. Both myself and my children have had our best holiday here and I can’t wait to return in the summer. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

But we all choose Egypt because we are attracted by their culture and music, but unfortunately it is not heard anywhere in the resort.
Unfortunately, I did not listen to a single Egyptian song at the disco.
I would have liked to dance to their music.

Beautiful all around. The vibe was lovely, friendly staff. Clean rooms. Daily cleaning and offer you drinks and bottled water throughout the day in your room. You can also call 000 and they deliver drinks and ice to your room. It's a huge clean place! We had 6 rooms booked in total for 18 people (including young children) very accommodating. They carry your luggage to and from your room on arrival and check out. Just don't lose your room card they charge you, but it's fair to be honest.

I spent two fantastic weeks at Titanic Beach Hotel in Hurghada as a solo traveller. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, with a hardworking and personable staff.
I stayed in room 3318 and want to highlight my cleaner, Mohamed (Adam). He did an exceptional job, creating beautiful decorations on the bed and ensuring my room was fresh and spotless every day. Mohamed is friendly, diligent, and a true asset to the hotel. Thank you for your care and dedication!
In the main restaurant, I’d like to give special mention to Thomas and Mahmoud. Before I even sat down, a bottle of water was always ready at my usual table. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness truly stood out. All the waiters were kind, professional, and friendly, and it was a pleasure interacting with them. Thank you for taking such great care of me!
I also want to thank the beach waiters (whose names, unfortunately, I forgot) for their lovely service. They were attentive and ensured I was never without a drink. Additionally, Ibrahim, the lifeguard at the back and near the slides, was a kind and approachable person. All of them work incredibly hard, and I hope their efforts are recognized by the hotel management.
However, I do want to point out a few areas for improvement. The food at the main restaurant was not very varied and, at times, lacked flavor. I’m not a picky eater, but I struggled to find dishes I truly enjoyed. The morning pancakes and waffles were delightful, and I did have a good meal with noodles and beef once, but overall, the quality and variety need improvement.
Lastly, I’d like to address a sensitive issue: some staff members seem to assume that a solo female traveler is automatically interested in male attention. Please understand that friendliness and a smile are not invitations for pushy or controlling behavior. Respecting boundaries is crucial, and "no" should always be accepted gracefully.
All in all, I had a wonderful time at Titanic Beach and am leaving with a happy heart and renewed energy. Thank you for the memorable stay!

I recently stayed at the Titanic Beach Hotel and was deeply disappointed by the treatment I received at reception. On arrival at around midnight on the 31st, I was second in the queue, yet the staff ignored me and served the person behind me instead. I ended up waiting while four other guests were checked in before me. Although the receptionist later apologised, the experience left me feeling uncomfortable.
Unfortunately, when I was leaving, the same thing happened again. Despite being second in line, I was ignored in favour of the person behind me. At this point, it was clear to me that this was not a mistake but racial discrimination.
If this is how Black guests are treated here, I will not be returning and will discourage others from staying. Everyone’s money is worth the same, and all guests should be treated with equal respect. I sincerely hope the hotel takes action to address this issue.
