This place has such a wow factor when you walk into the huge reception area. The staff are lovely and work hard to keep everyone happy. Everyone very friendly and helpful. The bar staff in the evening were amazing at keeping the queues moving and entertaining the masses!
Pools and pool areas have lots of sunbeds and changing/showering areas, staff regularly coming round to tidy and clean areas.
The beach is at the back of the hotel down some pretty steep steps but worth every second, most beautiful beach and lovely to go swimming there. The food at the hotel was lovely, lots of options and freshly cooked (sometimes in front of you)
The room and hotel in general was a little dated but you could see people working on decorating etc.

We recently stayed at SBH Club Paraiso Playa, and while the surrounding scenery is undeniably beautiful, the hotel itself falls short of expectations.
Firstly, the staff are polite, but their service is nothing out of the ordinary. While they do their job, don’t expect an exceptional or particularly warm experience.
The biggest letdown is that this is not a 4-star hotel—at best, it’s a 3-star. The rooms are old and outdated, and unfortunately, they were not well-maintained. One of the most unpleasant aspects was the numerous dead and squashed mosquitoes on the walls and ceilings, both in the room and bathroom. This was quite off-putting and made the cleanliness feel questionable.
Another issue was the persistent unpleasant smell that lingered in our room for hours. At times, we noticed it in the restaurant and all-inclusive areas, as well as in other parts of the hotel. This might be due to the hotel's age or ventilation issues, but it was far from ideal.
Overall, while the location is great, the hotel itself does not meet 4-star standards. If you’re looking for basic accommodation with scenic surroundings, it might be acceptable, but don’t expect luxury or high-end service.

Fantastic location and superb service. The restaurant serves great food and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Location is next to a stunning beach, with a premium entrance. Requires some climbing, but that adds to experience.
Room is spacious with a good view, added a photo.
The only downside is lackluster local internet connection, so make sure your roaming internet is working fine in the Canary Islands.

Saw some negative reviews but was very happy with our holiday. Some areas would benefit from some maintenance and the steps down to the beach are steep if you have walking difficulties.
On the positive side the rooms are clean the staff are friendly and helpful the views are great and the choice of food was one of the best We have had in an all inclusive. I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday and would be very happy to go again.

Lovely hotel, a bit outdated but still great place to stay. Spacious rooms& bathrooms, comfy beds. The food was tasty and fresh, good wine and some really nice cocktails, especially mojito (lots of fresh mint and lemon slices). Pretty quiet outside at night. Sun loungers always available, water in both pools really cold. Entertainment... definitely needs improvement, stayed 7 nights, not spent even one watching entertainment. Altogether definitely recommend this hotel.
