The room we hit was spacious, modern, and clean, with every detail thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out onto the balcony to enjoy the sunrise was a highlight of my stay.
The staff were simply outstanding. From the warm welcome at check-in to their attentive service throughout my stay, they went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They were always friendly, professional, and eager to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The location of the resort was also ideal—close enough to local attractions, beaches, and restaurants, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Whether you’re looking to explore the island or relax by the pool, this resort offers the perfect balance.
Overall, this resort in Tenerife is a true gem. It’s an ideal destination for couples, families, or solo travelers looking for a memorable holiday.

Great place to stay - we highly recommend it. Despite its close proximity to the airport, no noise related to it could be heard. It is very quiet and clean.
If interested, one can participate in various activities in the hotel.
Only downside: parking costs 8€/day and the parking lot is quite narrow, not many free parking spots nearby available. We usually parked close to the marina. It was a great parking spot, though about a 10 minute walk away from the hotel.

An absolutely fantastic time at this hotel. It deserves more stars in our opinion. Today is our final day and we are sad to be leaving. We normally do all inclusive and had some reservations about self catering, but it's been great. There are 2 well equipped shops, plus the food and drink is great. The staff are super friendly and the hotel is kept immaculate. I would have no reservations at all about recommending the hotel. We will certainly be coming back. Thanks for a great time.

Myself my husband and one year old daughter had a booking confirmed with this hotel and turned up to find it was cancelled without prior warning. I was emailed the confirmation and yet when I got to the hotel was told there was an error with my payment which I was unaware of as this was booked way in advance (double check they have taken the money out of your account or you will be left stranded) I had no phone call or email stating this and they said they had emailed me in fact told me they had emailed me with a different email address to the confirmation email. We were then left without a hotel room for the entire stay and although when we turned up at 4pm to check in then couldn’t find the reservation they told us they had a room for emergency situations and we would be given this. We then waited for 2 hours at the hotel to be told they were not going to accommodate us as it was our error. Even when stating I didn’t check the money had been taken but I would assume it had been as confirmation was received from them. I was happy to pay for the room and even an amount on top for any difference in price but still even with a 1 year old child was told they would not give me the room and forced to find another accommodation at 6.30pm at night in which was not easy. When I questioned the confirmation they basically said if I booked a flight and the payment didn’t go through I would not get on one. I stated the fact I would not get confirmation of a flight if payment wasn’t able to be taken. I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Very rude and unhelpful staff. Basically ruined a first holiday to Tenerife with our daughter.

Beautiful, huge apartment with a mega view and absolutely everything you could think of in regards to facilities.
Evening entertainment nice.
It's making being delayed 36 hours bearable:)
Reception staffed with lovely ladies and gentlemen.
