🌟 **5-Star Review** 🌟 We stayed here for 6 nights at this hotel, and I can't say enough good things! From the moment I arrived, the service was fabulous, and the staff were the friendliest I've ever encountered. This was my first time staying here, but it certainly won’t be my last—I will 100% come back! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore everything nearby. Honestly, I can’t fault anything about my stay. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Overall a great stay and excellent value for money. 5-10 mins walk to the lively area. Nice modern decor inside the main areas of the hotel. The room/suite could do with a freshen up but for the price we paid it was spacious and had a nice big balcony area aswell as a complimentary minibar for the select upgrade. The food was your normal all inclusive style but it was hot and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The pool snack bar was tasty for a quick bite to eat. The Select upgrade was brilliant and a must if not staying with children i think it cost us £50 each for 4 nights. Select had a private bar and terrace with branded spirits which you can pour your own drinks aswell as bottles of wine, beer etc... and soft drinks, bottled water and some snacks. A nice private seating area outside with balinese beds, loungers and rattan furniture to chill on. The ability to avoid queues at the lobby bar at night or the pool bar at day also made this area worth it. The outside communal terrace could perhaps do with a refurb as the outside stage area and tiles were showing their age. I did get told off by the pool police for vaping near the pool which i hold my hands up to however i saw no signage around the pool stating this wasn't allowed or i would of known to only do it on the upper terrace. So maybe more signage in future would help. My only other comment is maybe an air freshener in the select lounge, it didn't smell dirty or anything but it had a unique smell in that room. Overall great value for money though and we had no regrets staying here.

I just got back from a three-night stay at Sandos Suites. The hotel is very clean and has everything you need. It's the perfect base for a sunny break in Benidorm. It's extremely good value for money. Food is your standard All Inclusive food but plenty of it and it was hot. It's about 10-15 min walk to bars and pubs. Late checkout till 5pm was only 25 euros extra. Staff were lovely. We came for some cheap and cheerful fun and certainly got that. Only downside were: the walls are paperthin. We had the pleasure of a gentlemen coughing non stop. But earplugs sorted that!

Hemsworth

This is a modern hotel within a 15 minute walk of the beach. Because of its location it is quiet and peaceful, although as others have said the insulation in the walls does not prevent you hearing guests in adjoining rooms. The food was excellent in the restaurant and was consistently produced to a high standard. The bar food was poor but the snacks were a nice thought. Bar service was very, very inconsistent and the wait times could be excessive. Overall entertainment was very weak and sadly let's the hotel down. Very helpful and friendly reception team. We would use Sandos again but would try the second hotel in Benidorm for a change.

In general the hotel is good, the service is very good, the staff is amazing. The food in the restaurant is well cooked, diverse, loads of choice. We've enjoyed the spa and I had a very good massage there. However, the fact that our time there was spoiled by the number of people that were drunk and loud at the restaurant, being sick at the table and disgusting, or making noises during the night, having a domestic disturbing our sleep, it almost made me regret that we went there. It's not so good that rude, heavy drinkers can drink all they are able to during an all-inclusive holiday.
