The singular con was the fact that the rooms are a little bit dated.

Our stay at this hotel fell significantly short of expectations. We were assigned a ground floor room adjacent to the mini golf area, which unfortunately exposed us to constant and overwhelming kitchen exhaust odors from the nearby chimney. The situation was made worse by windows that couldn't be opened, and the room's poor ventilation system offered no relief. The rooms show significant wear and appear to be long overdue for renovation. Despite our specific request, basic amenities like a kettle were not provided. These issues significantly impacted our comfort during the stay. The breakfast offered was decent in quality, though vegan options were very limited. While we didn't utilize other hotel services, our overall experience suggests this property operates more at a 2-star level rather than its advertised rating. Given the room rates, the value for money is poor. The combination of dated facilities, lack of basic amenities, and air quality issues make it difficult to recommend this property. Until significant improvements are made, particularly to room ventilation and modernization, potential guests should adjust their expectations accordingly.

Everything what you need is there
Service need a little work on . I think they don't have enough staff . On happy hour they never there when you need to order something. You need to go to the bar to order what you need . Takes ages to bring final bill.
Location very nice and quiet.
Food lovely and fresh. Every day something new on menu.
Overall we enjoyed our stay .

We cannot recommend this hotel enough. Beautiful and clean inside and out. Every member of staff, from front desk, bar and catering and cleaning, all so polite, happy and hard working.
New years eve party was probably the best we've ever been to.
Looking forward to going again.

The hotel itself is really nice. Rooms are tiny, but beds comfortable, we unfortunately had twin beds together as a couple, but we should have asked beforehand. A little disappointed, since there was no sun on the balcony, from where the seaview was really beautiful.
The breakfast was excellent, nice selection of fruit, fried food, different kinds of eggs, breads and more. Dinner was rather bland, not to my taste. The bar was quite nice, rather expensive, and the food was quite disappointing. The staff was very lovely though!
Pool area is gorgeous, water a little cold and the kids pool in January the whole day in the shadow, so it was way too cold to play in.
Was a little surprised that one has to pay extra for the use of the safe in the room.
The location is the biggest problem, it gives a nice view, but since the way to the water is very very steep, it's a bit of an effort, and pretty hard with either kids, stroller or if you are not fit. There are barely any restaurants close by, so if you want to see anything besides the pool, you need to have this walk or have a car.
Extra thank you to the cleaning staff, they were sooooo lovely and friendly and did a great job daily!
