Excellent service. Staff are simply outstanding, they have high level attention to detail and are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious everyday, lots of choice, salads are the best. Had a massage today and it was the best massage I have ever had, I can’t remember the guys name but this guy deserves a pay rise he was awesome doing my massage. Please pass on my feedback to him.
Only thing I feel needs improving is the evening entertainment.

We couldn’t believe how lucky we were to find it and it actually lived up to everything we had read about it.
The room was great and every day we had a lovely display with rose petals and towels which was great to come back to.
I had 2 facials with the lovely, amazing Mai in the spa, thank you, my skin was amazing afterwards and loved my eyebrows too.
The food was incredible and we couldn’t get over the amount of choice. The staff were so polite, respectful and accommodating, the best we have ever known. We have already told all our friends and family about this hotel.
We will definitely be returning, maybe as soon as February!

I must say this hotel rates as one of the best we have ever been to on our globe trotting travels. The staff and management are so attentive and the gardeners keep the grounds immaculate. The beach is beautiful and all the staff on the beach pay particular attention to the guests, brilliant! We tried all 4 of the restaurants bookable in the AI package and must say every one of them was amazing. Very tasty well presented food and great service too. Met some new friends and will definitely recommend it to all. Keep up the great work and the staff all need congratulating for going above and beyond to ensure everyone has a superb holiday. Will definitely return when we next fancy some winter sunshine! 10/10.

Day 5 of a 7 day holiday and I just wanted to say how lovely it is here. The staff have really made this holiday.. never been to a hotel where ALL THE STAFF are so attentive without being overbearing. Great restaurants to book and lovely huge rooms. Pools are plentiful and tons of beds.. love it.
If you want quite luxury this is your hotel.

This is now our 6th visit to this superb hotel. The last review I wrote said it was paradise on the Red Sea and our view has not changed it does really feel like you are returning home.
The welcome you get is amazing and it is so nice to be greeted by familiar faces who say "welcome back"
The rooms are first rate, well maintained and furnished with everything you could ever need. The rooms are serviced by a fantastic team of housekeepers and nothing is too much trouble for them.
The pool area is a beautiful place to relax and the daily service from the pool team is out of this world. The star of the show has to be Carlos who has been there since our first visit, he has the knack to remember your choice of drinks from your previous stays.
The food is awesome there is a fantastic choice of restaurants and all of them serve amazing food delivered with top class service.
The key element that makes this hotel stand out is the people that work there, the vast majority of the staff have been there for years and they provide service that goes above and beyond. I just want to say thank you to all of them because it is they that make this such a wonderful place.
If you need any confirmation that we think this place is truly amazing we booked to return next year before we left.
