We have recently returned from another wonderful holiday at Premier Le Reve - our third visit and hopefully not our last. Every member of the staff play a major role in making sure you have a memorable time.
With Christina in Customer Relations you know you are in great hands. Her friendly personality and warm smile instantly makes you feel welcome and you can be sure she’ll go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay.
We would like to say thank you to Samuel who made our time at the beach even more enjoyable. His attentiveness and memory for little details-like how we take our tea made all the difference.

My friends and I came to celebrate a special birthday as an all inclusive stay. The staff here are amazing, genuinely interested in keeping the guests happy. Rooms are spacious, and you have everything you could possibly need. Laundry service is next day and really good value. Rooms are well planned. There is a separate rain shower and bathtub with a shower also. Our room was kept scrupulously clean and well stocked with a free mini bar. Rooms are large with a balcony. Housekeeping were on point. The manager and assistant manager were often milling around to check up on the service. There is a great selection of food, with a breakfast chef and a buffet style breakfast also, freshly baked rolls and bread. Lunch and dinner were also buffet style with lots of hot menu choice with meat and vegetarian dishes . Also salad, fruit, cheeses, cold meats, also. Cocktails and drinks are available by the pool and also on the beach. Staff can't do enough to be helpful.
The spa was so relaxing and my masseuse 'Seba' (hope I got the name right) was the best massage I've ever had.

Excellent holiday. Very relaxing. Can't fault the service or the food.
It honestly felt like everyone who worked there was genuinely happy to see us every day, the chap who cleans the rooms would wave and say hello and did a faultless job.
The spa was fantastic. Khalid explained the services to us and was super friendly every day.
People do pop by on the beach and see if you want to take a trip or something but they're not as pushy as people make out. They're happy enough if you say no.
Beautiful hotel and definitely book for more than a week, a week wasn't enough. We'll be back, thank you.

If you're after a few days of chilling out completely, with excellent food and great service in a nice environment - and you're not bothered about the hotel/resort being in the middle of nowhere with nothing of any real interest nearby - then this is the place for you!
Super-attentive staff almost across the board (one or two slightly grumpy characters at the pool bar let them down a bit, but other than that very hard to fault). Consistently great food, in the buffet and the a la carte restaurants - loads of variety, great quality, and the prep and presentation by the chefs was excellent. The whole hotel is kept spotlessly clean and is meticulously maintained - the management clearly make this a priority.
There were quite a lot of guests when we stayed who were religious about their participation in the pre-breakfast territory grab for sunbeds right next to the pool - so that might be an issue if you're "one of those people", but to be honest we never had any issue in finding a nice spot (in a quieter corner of the hotel terrace or on their private beach, both of which are better options than the beds nearer the pools) at any time during the day, and the staff are always ready to help you find a space where you want to be.
The evening entertainment in the upstairs bar is... well, let's be kind and call it 'variable'. But that's not what this place is about - most evenings there were some great musicians providing some very pleasant background music in the foyer bar, which is a nicer place to hang out (there's a lovely terrace overlooking the gardens, and nice places to sit inside).
Best of all - it's strictly adults-only, so no screaming kids tearing around the pool area disturbing the peace, or making a mess around the buffet area at every meal!

Excellent service. Staff are simply outstanding, they have high level attention to detail and are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious everyday, lots of choice, salads are the best. Had a massage today and it was the best massage I have ever had, I can’t remember the guys name but this guy deserves a pay rise he was awesome doing my massage. Please pass on my feedback to him.
Only thing I feel needs improving is the evening entertainment.
