Excellent service. Staff are simply outstanding, they have high level attention to detail and are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious everyday, lots of choice, salads are the best. Had a massage today and it was the best massage I have ever had, I can’t remember the guys name but this guy deserves a pay rise he was awesome doing my massage. Please pass on my feedback to him.
Only thing I feel needs improving is the evening entertainment.

I must say this hotel rates as one of the best we have ever been to on our globe trotting travels. The staff and management are so attentive and the gardeners keep the grounds immaculate. The beach is beautiful and all the staff on the beach pay particular attention to the guests, brilliant! We tried all 4 of the restaurants bookable in the AI package and must say every one of them was amazing. Very tasty well presented food and great service too. Met some new friends and will definitely recommend it to all. Keep up the great work and the staff all need congratulating for going above and beyond to ensure everyone has a superb holiday. Will definitely return when we next fancy some winter sunshine! 10/10.

Day 5 of a 7 day holiday and I just wanted to say how lovely it is here. The staff have really made this holiday.. never been to a hotel where ALL THE STAFF are so attentive without being overbearing. Great restaurants to book and lovely huge rooms. Pools are plentiful and tons of beds.. love it.
If you want quite luxury this is your hotel.

Great hotel, very clean, staff friendly, the pools are lovely with plenty of seating and it has a really nice beach front.
We’ve had a few massages with Aseema & Saba, both girls are excellent and we found the spa friendly and helpful.
We’ve loved the food in all the restaurants, but the Italian was our favourite. We’ve found the gym to be well equipped with a knowledgeable member of staff who is always happy to advise.
We had fun doing the stretching and yoga classes.
We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel.

Is this hotel supposed to be a 5-star hotel? Well, maybe if you’ve never visited any other hotel or country. We are well-traveled and come from the hospitality industry ourselves.
The pool area is quite nice, as is the beach, but the downside is the presence of the reef and the restricted swimming area.
The staff is generally friendly, especially if you tip them considering they work under harsh conditions and earn close to nothing.
The food is average and becomes quite monotonous after two weeks. I won’t go into too much detail about that.
The entertainment is mostly low quality or simply boring.
The rooms are okay.
The service is far from 5-star; I heard “no” far too many times. There’s so much more I could mention, but I won’t even start.
However, the absolute low point is the spa please avoid it at all costs. The prices are comparable to those in Western Europe, yet the quality of the treatments is abysmal. I have never experienced a worse spa. The staff is completely unprofessional.
Every day, they constantly pester guests at the beach and pool to buy spa treatments
it is extremely annoying. To be honest, this spa is a scam. Stay away.
In any case, we would never return to this hotel.
