Dear White Beach Hotel, thank you for having us. It was a nice stay but i have a few things to say. You are quiet beautiful but in many ways you are a little bit old. Outside you get a new colour during our stay but inside you would need a renovation as well. For example the furniture is scratched and the veneer is partly coming off. The fittings in the bathroom are wobbly and the seals are cracked or look terrible. Our room door 2217 no longer closes by itself and needs to be adjusted. In our first room 2132 the mini bar door needs to be adjusted as well. The balcony doors should at least be greased. A slightly bad smell came into the room from the air conditioning. This should only be a hint, we still felt very comfortable in the room. We are not the most demanding guests but what really bothered us was that there were no plate warmers at the buffet. What is known that the food at the buffet is often not quite hot anymore but the madness is that you then have to put it on cold plates. Those were some negative things, but I would also like to mention some positive things. The food is quit nice and the variety is good. The pools are very clean, and the lifeguards constantly strive to keep them clean. The staff is generally very friendly and hard-working. The pool and beach service are extremely cool. The four different pools for kids are awesome, but don't let them get too old. So, that's enough for now; those were the most important things. Overall, we felt comfortable and it worked out well. But I want to emphasize again that you have to be careful that some parts of the hotel doesn't get too old, otherwise the price will be a bit too high, in my opinion. Thank you and best regards from Austria

Great location, great staff, and great experience overall. The entire team is very service oriented - you just breathe your wish and they will try to fulfill it. The reception team works tirelessly to make sure guests are happy - whether it’s trying to accommodate a later checkout (thank you Ayman!) or helping get laundry done when we forgot to drop it off in time for our departure. Between the three buffet restaurants, there is sufficient food variety to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. The beach is beautiful and serene; if you can catch a sunrise or sunset, you’ll realize you’re in paradise. There’s entertainment for kids and adults every day/evening - everyone can find something fun to do. Highly recommend.

We just checked in today at Pickalbatros White Beach Resort for our first visit, and we are already blown away! Everything so far has been absolutely wonderful. A special thanks to Mr. Shady at reception—he was incredibly helpful and made our check-in quick and smooth. Our room is spacious, spotless, and very comfortable.
The staff here are all exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to help. There are so many activities for the kids, which is perfect for families like ours with young children. The food is delicious and offers a great variety to suit all tastes.
We’re staying for 6 nights and are very excited to enjoy the beach. Based on our experience so far, we’re already planning to come back again. Highly recommended!

The front desk service at the hotel was extremely poor, which negatively affected my holiday mood the moment I stepped in. Although the room service, bar, and restaurant staff were all excellent, my confidence in this hotel brand has been seriously shaken. I stayed in Serenity for a week, and in comparison, the beach side and sea here are not clean. I will certainly not be returning in the future.
When I arrived at the front desk, the staff was rude and unprofessional from the start. The very first thing I heard was a blunt “Where is your passport?”—without even a basic greeting. The check-in process was chaotic, as the staff member assisting me was also handling another guest’s check-in at the same time.
My daughter and I hold passports from different countries. Upon check-in, the front desk staff insisted that I present a passport matching my daughter’s nationality to verify the booking I had already paid for. Otherwise, I was told I would need to pay an additional 50% as my passport cannot get the price as I paid.
I explained that I only hold one passport, to which the staff member responded, “Why do you only have one passport? Go and get the other one.” Throughout the conversation, he was simultaneously assisting another guest, which made the interaction even more frustrating. Although a manager eventually intervened to help resolve the issue by checking my travel history, the damage to my holiday mood had already been done.
I simply cannot understand how a five-star hotel can openly apply different pricing based on a guest’s nationality. Even if such price policies exist, it should be handled discreetly and internally. It is beyond belief that any five-star hotel in the world would treat its guests like this.
If you care about fair treatment and professional service, avoid this place at all!

I stayed at Albatros White Beach with my friend, and we absolutely loved it!
The hotel is spacious, modern, and very well-maintained. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional — we really appreciated their positive attitude.
Our room was cozy and cleaned daily, everything was spotless. The food was fantastic — lots of variety at every meal, with delicious desserts and fresh fruit. Dinner outside was especially enjoyable.
During the day we relaxed by the sea or the pool — there were always enough sunbeds, and the beach was clean with calm, clear water.
Evenings were a highlight thanks to the animation team! They did a great job organizing different shows every night — live music, dancing, performances — always fun and full of good energy, but never pushy.
It’s a perfect place to unwind with a friend or partner, with a great balance between relaxation and entertainment. We’ll definitely come back!
