We spent 3 days at the hotel during our trip to Turkey. The hotel is located on a slope at the edge of town, with a grocery store nearby. Our room was clean, spacious and we had a mountain view also the hotel has a large outdoor pool with a slide. The food in the restaurant was quite good and the restaurant has an outdoor terrace. In the evening it was sometimes a bit noisy and keep one thing in mind when you go out for a walk in the evening that you might face the wild pigs coming down from the forest. Don't worry they are not dangerous.

Sooo far away from the city 7km approximately on the hill far away from everything incl stores. No glasses/mugs at the rooms also no coffee or tea(and they refuse to give you for your room). No shower gel, no towels for the pool. Bathroom is so small so it is questionable if you can sit on the toilet(because it is so close to the wall). Music on the swimming pool area is super loud until 23h or midnight so it is not quite at all. Not much food variety. There are some wild pigs around hotel so you can see them near garbage cans at night. Also the WiFi is so slow and weak…THE WORST PART? NO ELEVATOR!🛗 And there are a lot of stairs…

This is my second visit to this hotel and I cannot describe the downfall of the hotel. My first visit was brilliant hence I decided to visit again. However this time I cannot give a single reason why this hotel can be a 4 star hotel or deserve recommendations. Let's start with the issues : Towels are dirty as hell, you can find blood, orange and brown marks on them. There is no first aid in the hotel. Ice available at only one bar for short amount of time, and staff not handing over ice to customers under any circumstances. Bar is closed on Sunday, yes you heard it right. The bar is closed on Sunday in a hotel, you make your own judgement on this! Foods are left overs of previous day. They don't fill foods on time as well so you left with what's left on the table. I felt sick on my second day and spent pretty much my whole day in toilet. We had a room service only first day. The rest of 4 days we haven't had anyone changing towels blankets etc. We raised our concerns next to the manager(been told he is also owner) and he didn't care about our complaints at all. If you visit this place because it's cheaper than other hotels, you should know the reasons! Bar has no choice of vodka, tequila, beer etc. You will get whatever they have at the bar. Efes beer is literally a sparkling water, been told there is no liquor and whiskey at the bar as well. Vodka only available as a cocktail, and when I say cocktail do not think it's something fancy, it's mix of juice, sprite and dash of vodka. I don't recommend this place to anyone, I had to change my 5 star review to 1 star.

Just returned from a 7 night all inclusive stay here. Very good value for money. Staff were lovey, helpful and overall very pleasant. Rooms clean, not a massive choice of food, however we enjoyed what was on offer. Entertainment team lovely,
they encouraged everyone to take part without being too pushy.
It is up a hill, we would walk into Hisanaru, 20 to 25 min walk but get a taxi back. Around a fiver.
Definitely would return. All in all a lovely hotel.

Nice place for the weekend, the rooms that face the north and are in the bottom floor are quite cold so probably better in summer or when there is heat. Buffet was pretty better than what I would expect. Nice beers at the pool.
