We stayed here for 2 weeks as a family of 9, with a 2 year old child and I can firmly say I’ll never stay here again you couldn’t pay me too, the food was probably the worst food I’ve ever ate let alone seen, I think you’d get fed better in jail. Chips, rice and what ever chicken/beef/turkey in just a watery slop, brekfast was disgusting the food looks like the same food that was out the day before the only thing that is fresh is the salad and in fairness that wasn’t bad but we are not rabbits and cannot survive on that. The drinks were very limited and were certain all the soft drinks were either max’s or diets. And that’s if you was lucky enough for the soft drink machine to work😂 - the hotel rooms wernt bad but the mattresses was as good as sleeping on a concrete floor. The managers were helpful to a certain extent in fairness but I suppose you get what you pay for. Wouldn’t recommend - great potential but unfortunately no where near it to be a good hotel. How it is a 4 star is beyond me, I’d dread to stay in a 2/3 star.

How this hotel is a 4star is beyond me the rooms air con is a waste of time it’s so hot here at the minute not had a proper nights sleep since Iv been here . The bed is like sleeping on a stone slab it’s so small & low . The food is rubbish same thing every morning fried eggs never really your lucky if the guy that cooks um is actually there . Dinner food ( I wouldn’t call it a meal ) is worse your waiting around for the to cook the food outside. Can’t get a sunbed at all the or a chair at night for the one bar . The only good thing about this place is the shop it’s open 24 hrs and not a bad price and the rooms are clean

Stayed in Kaya Maris end of September through to Mid October. Hotel is in a great location literally 60 seconds from the beach front where’s there a whole load of bars restaurants and water park with in a 1 to 15 minute walk and turn the other way you are again 2 minutes away from the main shopping street. The hotel itself is a pleasant little family run place with the majority of staff working there very helpful in fact the only colleague who I thought was rude was a heavily built chap on reception early in the morning, the restaurant food is edible and is what you tend to find in all inclusive resorts chicken, rice, chips, vegetables etc the rooms are small and there isn’t a lot of wardrobe space but it’s adequate for a couple just bring a few hangers, the rooms are a typical Turkish hotel theme white walls with dated counters but they were kept very clean by a maid who is quite possibly the nicest person in the hotel. There is a small shop attached to the hotel and they are open until the early hours selling drinks chocolates cigarettes and alcohol as well as some toys for the pool. There is a jewellery shop also onsite selling silver items and watches. The pool area is clean however there is a few guests that get up early to get their towels on the sunbeds the pool isn’t overly deep and makes for a pleasant swim the private beach area does need cleaning up as there are a lot of cigarette butts just thrown on to the sand so a few bins could help this. The pool bar is open until 11 but do serve their drinks in small children party cups if they served them in beakers it’d be a lot better. As advertised the Kaya Maris doesn’t have entertainment at all although as I said earlier there’s a lot of bars and restaurants around you to keep you busy. All in all the Kaya Maris is a nice pleasant hotel if you are holidaying as a couple or group of adults it’s not really set up as a child friendly place

For a 4 star hotel its food is very tasty and has variety there are chickrn fish and meat wich are very well prepared along side with pasta rice fries and some turkish dishes wich I dont know there name . Salad and other cooked veggies are available too and the deserts are very good . The breakfast has also many choices like eggs (scrambled,hard boiled,fried...) sausages, beans , cornflakes, juice and milk dispensers along side a tea and coffe dispenser and veggies and pancakes are also available. The rooms are very good for a 4 star hotel. 2 beds one queen size and a side bed wich are nice not too soft tho. The room service ladies are nice and freindly and do a very good job (P.S: No towels available for the beach and pool bring yours with you and the safe case in the rooms are extra cost). The hotel beach is very small (10 meters wide something like that) and the pool is not deep 110cm max . No night life so if you want to party you have to go to nearby pubs wich are kind of expensive (40$/person) Not like the hotels right next to this one wich put music and have DJ's some nights. The receptionist is freindly and helpful .

The rooms are small. Maybe 1 or 2 plug sockets. Very slow internet. Yve got to be up early to put towels on sunbeds. Lager comes in small glass/plastic beaker. The spirits are like drinking razor blades. They only do about 5 cocktails that are very basic. There's NO entertainment. Strange breakfast concoctions. No bacon,proper sausage or beans. Staff are very friendly.
