Not a Comfortable Stay – Needs Serious Improvement
I stayed here recently and was really disappointed. The room wasn’t clean, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable—hard to get a good night’s sleep. The blanket looked very old and worn out, which made me question how often things are replaced or cleaned.
On top of that, the cupboard and hangers were broken, making it difficult to even unpack properly. Overall, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. Even though i paid some extra money for upgrade the room.
Wouldn’t recommend unless major upgrades are made. Basic comfort and cleanliness just weren’t there.
some staff members were helpful but some were rude and disrespectful. Food was good.

The moment I arrived and saw the hotel, my first thought was, What have I booked? From an aesthetic or facility standpoint, it definitely needs improvement. The exterior gave off the impression of a motel in a rundown area.
The room itself was very outdated, and even the fridge was empty. There wasn't even any complimentary water provided. The food was bland and just adequate, with a very limited selection available.
In my opinion, this hotel should be rated no more than two stars—it certainly does not meet four-star standards.
On a positive note, the reception staff were pleasant, approachable, helpful, and friendly, which was a redeeming aspect of my stay.

We stayed for 7 days in May-June. Lovely staff, good pools and decent grub & pub. Some people complained about the food; We enjoyed it but can be a little repetitive after a week. Rooms are genuinely decent and spacious but if I were you I would opt to pay for the key-locker within the wardrobe just in case.
Since me and my partner enjoy doing outings for most of the holiday, the hotel was perfect for us and we had food to look forward to after returning exhausted from our daytrips out. AlsoAWESOME STAFF.

The hotel is at a nice location but that is the only good this about this hotel so far.
Room we recieved was old. Air-condition was from 90s and was barely cooling itself. Mini fridge was not working. In fact it was heating up the room so we had to unplug it. TV also very old. Didnt try if it works, no need to get electrocuted.
Room in general was dirty, hairs all over the place. Needed to clean the room ourselfs to stay. Didnt have chance to change hotel since it was part of a 5day tour. The maid left the balcony door open soo we had some mosquitos to kill during the night.. so much fun when u have to get up at 6 and had no sleep because you where chasings mosquito all night. This is our 3rd hotel this tour and it is the worst by far except for location. Location in good. Cant comment about the food, the room was so bad/dirty we ate outside to minimize our stay..
Forgot about the elevator that goes to 4th floor when u press 2..

Don't go there , food crap staff not very friendly half way through shower no water. Went to bar got 2 drinks and the barman pushed the tip box in my face .
