Our week-long stay at the hospital was a pleasant experience, deserving an 8 out of 10 overall. The food was good, offering a pretty good variety, though not extraordinary. But, with snacks available throughout the hotel, you’ll never go hungry, even if you miss a meal. Bars are conveniently located around different areas as well. The rooms were clean, thanks to daily cleaning. The beach is just a short walk from the hotel and is well-maintained. One of our favorite spots was the coffee shop with an incredibly friendly staff. Speaking of staff, everyone we came across was helpful and attentive.
The only downside was the lack of entertainment options in the evening.

We staid in this hotel for 10 nights. From start it’s look like a nice hotel but every day we discover more and more issues! Lifts are horrible! In main building where it’s restaurant it’s working only one lift and sometimes it didn’t work at all, so you have to walk by stairs 5 floors and there no lights, also lift doesn’t have fan inside witch mean it’s like in microwave. One day I found a long hair in plate with pickles During the vacation 90% of food was same, and sometimes you can see sausages for 3 days first boiled after fried and then boiled again, I don’t think this is healthy for kids Toilets next to reception couple of days was flooded witch it’s disgusting! Also we ask our parents to meet them in this hotel and they flew from another country. They’ve got a room on top floor. In their block lift doesn’t work for 2 days, image how was to climb 5 floors for elderly people. On check out day we have fly on midnight and we ask on reception if we can do late checkout, or maybe to keep one room for couple of hour for 2 families, first reception ask for 80€ and after that they said it’s not possible because they have reservations for this 2 rooms! All good but 3 days before one of my friend has same night fly and reception offer for free to him to say in room till 4 pm. I’ve been in different hotels in turkey but definitely this one doesn’t deserve 5 stars! And doesn’t worth money witch they ask for! Don’t recommend it !!!

The arrogant staff members paired with underwhelming rooms and appalling food service is what gives this hotel its bad rating from me. When we first arrived at the hotel, the staff were friendly but that was due to change. We were showed to our “Sea View Room” (that we paid extra for. We walled into the room and the first thing we did was check the view, and we were appalled. The so called “Sea View Room” that we were given, was just a wall to the side with trees obstructing the entire view of the sea from the balcony. When we went downstairs to complain about the room, the staff were incredibly arrogant. They insisted that the room was a sea view room. It eventually took them 4 days- of our 10 day trip- to move our room. On the first few days on our trip, we were excited to see the food services and to say we were underwhelmed by it would be an understatement. We joined the seemingly endless queue for the “buffet” and once we saw the amount of options there were, we were just annoyed. They had an incredibly limited number of options, and over the nights we stayed the food seemed to be the same every single day. The kids club and pool-side entertainment were not active even though they were advertised as being open.
In conclusion, please look elsewhere for a hotel. It’s really not worth the price.

Here for a 10 day break, staff seemed helpful and friendly, hotel seemed amazing,
Checked in and got taken to our room,
Again seemed great.... Air-conditioning seemed faulty,do called reception, who promptly sent an engineer, but if a language barrier, but basically said it's on and working here the fan.
Next day/night just the same and then the toilet was on a permanent flush (running water),reported this also, but no show from engineers this time, on the 3rd night enough was enough, fixed the toilet myself and then trotted down to reception and advised that it was not good enough as trying to rest/sleep in a room that's 36° is not possible, the balcony was cooler, told them that needs to be sorted or would camp out in the lobby as this was cooler.
They promptly found another room, slight upgrade as the sea view that we paid for was not available,so slightly larger room,
All was great and the rest of the stay could not be faulted.
Food was great and plenty of choice, very short walk to the beaches private beach, again nice, includes bar for the inclusive drinks.
Hotel is slightly tired, couple of broken tiles, bit of odd mastic a slight damp on frames and doors but nothing to stop me coming back again,
No pests or bugs and overall clean and pleasant

Loved our holiday here. Was so relaxed. Our room was sea view, which was beautiful to look out on, especially in the mornings. The waiters and bar staff were always so friendly and welcoming. One of the young beach boys knew what we wanted to drink before we even asked, and the majority of the waiters were very attentive. A few of the ladies at reception could be more friendly and crack a smile. Icmeler is only a 20 min walk from the hotel. Lots of see and do here. Never went into Mameris as a lot busier and a tad further. Icmeler is the closest to a cash machine, without being charged. Will definitely be back but with our daughter next year.
