We have just returned from this fantastic resort and had such an amazing time!!!
I visited with my wife and 8 year old child and stayed in one of the bungalows with shared private pool.
The staff were all amazing and couldn't do enough for us!
It's very down to earn and not a "snooty" place, giving a really good family friendly atmosphere.

Overall really enjoyed our time at this resort.
Rooms:
One we had was basic and a little dated, fine for our needs. But they have a range.
Staff:
were very friendly and helpful.
Facilities :
In the main area, the resort has a large pool with shallow kids pool, and another pool with slide. There are more pools scattered throughout resort for swim-up rooms, and an adults only pool too.
They have a Spa. Sky and Oscar were very persuasive and we enjoyed fantastic, relaxing massage treatments. They offer large range of treatments.
They have bars located around main pool area, near snack bar and in main reception lobby.
Activities:
Throughout the day there's activities for kids and adults at set times from aqua aerobics, water polo, darts, french boules, air rifle shooting.
There is a kids club that has activities such as painting/colouring, play area, face-painting, and one day they had a pizza making activity.
Evening have a kids disco, and a different show each night, Turkish dancing, singers and more.

We have just got back from this poor rundown hotel, the pictures are very old pictures as it is nothing like the hotel actually like, cannot fault staff, music is played night and day very very load and the arrogant entertainment guy just laughs when asked to turn it down, food very poor and repetitive, we were in an attic room alot smaller than on the photos and very run down rooms, shop expensive with poor and old stock, only one lot of toilets by the main pool, so had to keep going back to the room, would only go back there if it was cheap enough. Would only rate it as 2 star,

First word …..AMAZING
I have just got back today from a week at the Sahra Su with my sister, and it is the best holiday we’ve had.
Security is top, barrier and security guard, you feel like your walking into luxury on arrival, bag collection on arrival , even at 2am, the lighting of the entrance makes you feel like royalty in itself
Surrounded by beautiful views of the mountains, this little gem has the perfect combination of wonderful staff, Sky, Deniz, Mohammed, Mumat, and many more, entertainment, food, amenities etc , Nothing is too much trouble. The Spa (Sky and her wonderful team of ladies) will treat you like royalty and make you feel a million dollars ❤️ try the Tea!!
Mohammed in the barbers and beauty salon will then get you looking a million dollars.
For coming up to end of season the entertainment is perfect, if I can learn to belly dance…..so can you!
There is food for every taste and so delicious, with a snack bar (more like full meals 🤣) on had throughout the day for the seriously fussy eaters, pizza, cheese burgers , fries, waffle bar 5-6pm, a lady that will make beautiful pancakes, and cocktails ( no complaint there),
We were in room 316 which is in the rafters, was small but very much did its job and the cleaners do an amazing and beautiful job,
Tip well, they so deserve it, I spent all my money tipping within the first 3 days, no one asked or presumed to get, they were all so just deserving of it, which comes to my only con of the holiday……. No cash machine. They do take card and GBP
if you like cats you will be in heaven as I was, if you don’t like cats just don’t feed them, they won’t bother you
There is no where really to walk but I was on the tread mill in the gym , you can also get a taxi for around £5 approx to the nearest town and before you say , what £5 , you will say it was well worth it for the savings you will make for your shopping and eating out
I will be back next year and urge anyone to just try it, you won’t be disappointed ❤️

Isolated, not safe to walk, roads very poor, rooms are desperate for a revamp, service was OK when they had finished talking amongst themselves, only decent service was the reception bar, but that's front of house, shop there was a rip off (captive audience), meal times food was stone cold and repetitive, service there was hit and miss had to go for own drinks on several occasions then got stared at when we did so, food at snack bar was alot better quality and hotter, however on several occasions had to wait too long when others received their orders before us even though we had ordered before them, head waiter needs more up to date method of sorting his orders out, napkins and loose bits of paper doesn't work in the 21st century, plus the pools were Baltic(more like therapy than leisure) but the kids club was excellent for our grandchildren who certainly enjoyed themselves there.
