The rooms are very old fashioned and need to be redecorated. But they pay attention to cleanliness which is good. The food was really good and the variety was good but kinda limited. The bakery in breakfast was not that good. The gym is really tiny. The music was always so loud and rooms are not that good in isolation so you hear everything. Overall, it’s a good place with some comments

Very beautiful hotel. Have a green territory, and beautiful pools with clean water. Staff friendly and helpful. Food in restaurants delicious and have big ability to choose what you like. Animation staff are funny and we spend nice time with them playing. Entertainment are good just need more staff

The room is disappointing, with a strange mattress protector that does not fit, falls off and makes the bed slide. The shower varies between scalding and then ice cold so difficult to wash your hair. The hairdryer last approximately 30 seconds before it times out and overheats. There are cracked tiles throughout the bathroom, the grouting is dirty and there is a very strong sewage smell, and is tiny with no room for two people in there. With no shower screen the bathroom floor floods when you shower. The hotel is so close to the airport and the hotel is on the direct flight path meaning it is noisy and vibrates when planes fly over which is consistent throughout the day, starting at around 5am. The food’s very basic with minimal selection. For the first three nights there was a grill with seafood and the alternative was chicken, every night! We went out for food for three nights running. The spirits are watered down, and unlimited cocktails are not great. The entertainment was very poor. There was no real plan, and don’t feel they catered for their audience. On one day they all left to do entertainment at a different hotel. We also had a belly dancer show and was strange how we suddenly had almost 12 males serving, clapping, cheering along which was extremely uncomfortable. In the room the heating did not work! We reported it and someone came up, then three people came in and said they will check outside and be back in ten minutes but they never returned. When we spoke with reception they just kept saying it was done, but it was not. We also asked for extra blankets but these never came despite repeated requests. We have complained on several occasions but nothing was ever resolved other than moving rooms, but the same issues continued. This is rated as a 4* but this hotel is nowhere near. The foyer when you walk in looks great but on closer inspection needs updating and a makeover. The pool said it was heated, as the weather is a little cooler, but was extremely cold and you are not able to stay in for very long. The jacuzzi is the same so we weren’t able to use it at all. The nearby beach is great, and there is a lot going on here. You are able to have drinks but only water, juice and beer even though it is the same group. You are provided with a packed lunch which consisted of one price of fruit, two rolls which was old and crusty and an orange squash drink which was not adequate.

We had a great time here. Very warm and welcoming. Hotel spotlessly clean. Staff fantastic. Music only until 11pm so that’s great. Other guests were also good and friendly. Loved the place!!!

I was very fortunate to stay at this amazing hotel in Sharm El Sheikh recently. Despite my experiences at many hotels in the area over the years, I can confidently say that this stay was one of my best. The service here was exceptional from the moment I arrived. The welcome was incredibly warm, and the reception team was quick and efficient in offering assistance. I felt at home from the moment I stepped in, as the staff was always smiling and friendly. The food was wonderfully varied, with fresh options served daily, including meats, fish, and chicken, along with an extensive selection of salads and desserts that were always delicious and refreshing. The presentation of the food was also beautiful, and I always felt well cared for at every meal. The room was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping team was always attentive, making sure everything was in perfect condition. I really appreciated their attention to detail in room cleaning and providing all the amenities I needed. I also enjoyed my time by the pool, which was very clean, and the animation team brought a fun and lively atmosphere. The nearby beach was another highlight, easily accessible via the free hotel bus that runs every hour, and the beach was clean and peaceful. In the end, I can confidently say that this hotel sets high standards in everything—from service to cleanliness—and makes guests feel completely comfortable. I will cherish the memories of this wonderful stay and would be happy to return in the future. Thanks to all the staff who made my stay here special!
