loved every little thing about our 14 day holiday. the rooms were cleaned every day and fridge was replenish towels fresh every day .the restaurant had lots of food to choose from, some of the best cakes I've had for dessert. the two pools are lovely, the main pool with music was very popular with its own bar and afternoon snacks from burgers and chips to ice cream. the quiet pool was very well equipped with bar and toilets facilities. the beach is just a little stroll away on the doorstep. I expect in high session this beach will be buzzing, there are plenty of sun loungers. and with lots of boat trips leaving from this beach I would call them big pirate ships to be honest they looked amazing. there are plenty of souvenirs to be had in the many shops on the strip from tee shirts to sweatshirts and the usual fridge magnets. there is also plenty of restaurants to choose from if you fancy eating out .

Today we returned from our vacation in Ölüdeniz. And it was really perfect. Maybe if you are looking for an only resort-situated vacation, this hotel isn’t optimal for you. For our group was very important the sea… I haven’t never seen so beautiful water! The beach is really about 50m from the hotel, and we had our private part in the beach. In Ölüdeniz it isn’t common, and it was super. We liked the territory of our hotel, it’s really big a green. The cleaning of our rooms was every day. Also I liked food there. Thanks to the staff we had a variety of vegetables, every day different fish and plenty of meat.

Arrived to this hotel in May and it was so unhygienic and disgusting. The rooms had blood stained pillows, wardrobes with mold, dressing table with make up and dirty marks all over. The staff do not help you, they weren't even phased by the issues i raised, i think it is a normal thing for them. If you are a clean hygienic person then do not book this hotel. I was on edge everyday with my kids! Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else to enjoy your holiday.

I loved my time in this hotel, very central to everything, we had one of the rooms to the main building when you comedown the ramp a lovely little room people always say go to the back near the adult pool away from the noise but, after all the entertainment is done it is quite. My room refreshments was always water no other juices I had to ask for stuff, the burgers by the pool are lovely, staff are nice, boat tours and buses on your doorstep. I'd love to come back.

Stayed at Z hotels in Olu Deniz last week with my partner. Throughout our stay the front desk staff were very unhelpful and made us feel as a burden when requiring assistance. We had booked a double room expecting a double bed but arrived to two singes which they pushed together. The Rooms were in desperate need for a refurb, had lots of damp on ceiling, grubby toilet seat, the safe needs securing in (especially when you pay for it), lots of bulbs need replacing as didn’t work, dirt in the fridge, front door is like an old battered barn door which didn’t feel secure. When asking to move room or upgrade, we were just fobbed off. As we couldn’t keep our room on due to availability on the last day, we left our luggage with the front desk who’d said they’d put them in a locked room, which they didn’t, they were just left out for anyone to take. However the location was great, and the maids and bar staff were very nice!
