Lovely hotel. Our room was on the first floor in the main building above the reception. It had a great balcony. WiFi was poor in the room but great all over the hotel bars and pools. The staff were all amazing. The Spa team were great. Not pushy selling treatments. I had a haircut, beard trim and waxing of the ears and nostrils. Wonderful.
Location is in the hills and it’s a ten minute walk down to the town.

The rooms are a little dated but we're kept clean throughout our stay! When we first arrived the extractor fan was broken and was making a very loud noise, the hotel staff quickly moved us to another room!
The food had plenty of choice and there always something to eat! The snack bar food was amazing....pizza, burgers, chicken and chips.....just whats needed after a few drinks at the all inclusive bar. Plenty of choice of drinks and cocktails at the bar too!
Pancakes available in the afternoon, freshly made and very delicious!
The pool area was very clean and always sun loungers available!
We used the spa which was lovely. The spa manager Kubilay was very friendly and helpful and remember all of our names, he's a credit to the hotel!
The evening entertainment was ok, they had live music one evening which was really good. Day time entertainment isn't great.....I only seen an aqua fit class twice in my 8 days stay and no other things going on.
Location is fab....8min walk into hisoranu (shops here are cheaper than oludeniz and much more laid back vibe). The blue lagoon is about 8mins in a taxi and is absolutely beautiful!
Would 100% return to this hotel!!

Small dated rooms, manager did move us to a larger one after 2 days but think these are few! Think there are some nice rooms but pot luck what you get.
Lots of noisy young lad groups spoilt the hotel! Bar were serving them 10 drinks at a time so hence shouting and noise at 12-3am disturbing everyone most nights. They were warned but still were all you could hear round the hotel!
Moved to a different pool as language and volume was awful! Not suitable for kids!
Avoid if you want a quiet holiday!
Positives! - stunning location overlooking sea/mountains but cant walk to beach just hisaronu town. Taxis £3 each way and quick.
Helpful staff and manager who did everything he could to help.
Good quality food and choice. Beautiful views from restaurant. Gets a bit samey after a week.
Lots to do in the area. Good trips.
Entertainment was mediocre and on most nights and kids disco.
Nice chill out area with music and snack bar
Only worthy of a 3* due to quality of rooms.

Recently returned from St. Nicholas Park,
lovely views, but not suitable for people with disabilities as loads of steps and ramps, Rooms not cleaned very well, floors not mopped or swept dirt and dust everywhere, food is repetative alright if you love turkey or chicken which is often overcooked, the head chef claims to be an American chef if he is im Gordon Ramsey he can not speak any English, he spends most of his time walking around stirring the dishes instead of monitoring how the kitchen is coping and what is coming out for the meals, salads lacking any kind of meat and no sauce or gravy, the deserts are fabulous so well done to the desert chef, not Mr. Americana.
The management and staff are very friendly and very helpful under the circumstances with the property being very dated and need of updating, the real downside was the wife having thirty pounds stolen from our room just before leaving, had no response from email to Hotel which was very disappointing, overall needs stronger management controls on the upkeep

We booked this trip with my girlfriend, a little apprehensive after reading some negative reviews. Thankfully, those fears were forgotten the moment we arrived!
For the price, this hotel is a steal. It may not be a fancy five-star resort, but it delivers incredible value. Our room was surprisingly spacious, with a slightly dated charm (think classic over trendy). While some rooms might be smaller, ours felt like a lucky upgrade. The best part? A daily-restocked mini-fridge with free soft drinks and water – a lifesaver on hot days. Plus, the cleaning staff were top-notch, keeping our room spotless.
Food was a pleasant surprise. The buffet offered a wide variety, from fresh salads and sizzling meats to satisfying pasta dishes and crispy pizzas. Breakfast featured made-to-order omelettes, and for quick bites, there were poolside burger and pizza stations. Everything we tried was hot, tasty, and perfect for fueling our adventures. Even my picky-eater girlfriend found delicious options. The on-site shop was a convenient bonus, offering essentials like sunscreen, toiletries, and snacks.
Drinks were another win. We enjoyed refreshing beers, decent wines, and well-made cocktails (the whiskey-coke was a personal favorite!).
The pool situation was fantastic. With three options – an activity pool, a main pool, and a dedicated kids' pool with a slide – there was something for everyone. We never had trouble finding sunbeds, even after leisurely breakfasts. There were also plenty of comfy outdoor seating areas and lounging spaces, perfect for relaxing with a good book.
The staff truly made the difference. Every single person we encountered was friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. Daily activities like darts, aqua aerobics, and air rifle shooting kept things lively, and the evening entertainment looked fantastic (though we opted for a more relaxed pace).
The hotel's location boasts stunning views. Nestled in the hills, the scenery was breathtaking. An unexpected perk? An on-site barber! I treated myself to a haircut, beard trim, and the works (ear waxing included!). It was honestly the best haircut I've ever had – an hour and a half of pampering for just £20! We also indulged in a couples massage with Kubilay, who offered an amazing deal. It was pure bliss – easily the best £75 spent on the entire trip (and way cheaper than similar treatments back home!).
While we didn't use the hotel's shuttle bus to the beach, it's good to know it exists. Ölüdeniz is only a 10 minute walk away and offers supermarkets, bars, and shops. Pro tip: Haggling can get you great deals on clothes, but be mindful that some alcohol and food can be pricier than back home.
One of our highlights was taking the cable car up the mountain. The panoramic views were phenomenal, and the restaurant offered delicious food and drinks (a bit on the pricier side, but worth the splurge for the quality). We also enjoyed spotting friendly cats roaming the grounds, along with a resident rooster and his chicken companions.
This trip exceeded expectations on every level. We highly recommend Nicholas Park for a fantastic and affordable escape!
