Sandos Griego Hotel is a well-oiled machine, offering a fantastic experience for families. The hotel is well-maintained with clean rooms that are serviced daily. The staff are courteous and attentive, and there's plenty for kids to enjoy. Conveniently located near amenities, it features a beach shuttle bus and an all-inclusive beach bar. Our block had two lifts, which minimized waiting times even during busy periods. The all-you-can-eat buffet was impressive, with a wide selection of food catering to all tastes, including themed days like Mexican and Italian. Highly recommend for a seamless and enjoyable stay!

Room 325.....Well! It's OK as a base & you got a free holiday...No more!
The room is very basic & almost clean..I always bring my own coffee/tea but no kettle or cups!
View from balcony is a wall topped with glass, a barking dog from neighbours flats and past guests debris.
Bathroom is fine for a very small person below 3ft and under 7 stone. Don't leave the the patio door open if you don't like the the smell of cooking. Place feels grubby. Staff are clearly underpaid so you don't get that holiday feeling (If you know what I meen) food is very very average. Worst breakfast I have seen for all inclusive.
Overall I would class as 2 star at best

The toilet didn't work at first, and the showerhead was also pretty bad. The food was okay, but not much variation, and low quality on a lot of it. And as a 5-star hotel they should have their own sunbeds by the beach instead of the guests having to pay for it.
However it was a fine price for all inclusive and the drinks was very good as well as the staff.

Absolutely no way a 4 star hotel
This is a 2 at best and the front door when leaving is the best thing in it.
If you’re not fussy. Love a pathetic dirty pool. Horrible food and drinks that are as bad as the food. Then this is your spot.
You’ve been warned. I never believed the reviews. Please don’t take kids or your loved ones here they’ll hate you for it

Family of 7, 4 adults & 3 children.
Arrived at hotel at 12:30 pm one room was ready and one was not, we had to wait 30 minutes for the second room, not a issue for us. Lady on the reception was not very welcoming.
Room on the top 8th floor was okay, a little small for four people with a small balcony, aircon was good, shower was rubbish but some people said their shower was good.
Hotel in a good location to centre and train station.
Pool was nice, you have to get down about 08:45 to get a sunbed but no issues everyone was calm and not rushing about. (some days there was some sunbeds available at 11am but we needed 6)
Pool bar was good but can be busy at times so can the restaurant.
Restaurants food was good/okay, very busy but it is the school holidays.
Bar staff are very friendly and hard working, restaurant staff are very hard working, cleaning staff do an excellent job.
Bus to the beach was good, beach bar was okay, nice and private, food was okay, lovely pizza. It has toilet and a foot shower.
Beach sunbeds was lovely and comfy 3 beds for €14 ( discounted for hotel guests). Beach was nice, water was lovely and warm.
Would I go to this hotel again? Never say never but probably not, glad we tried it though.
