My Wife and I stayed here Half Board, for 3 days/2 nights (Monday 17th - Wednesday 19th February 2025), as a rare, child-free break for my Wife’s Birthday, and I must say that we enjoyed every minute.
The location is amazing, straight across from the Beach, with stunning Sea and Mountain View’s from our balcony/room.
The hotel is immaculately clean and pristinely decorated and maintained. Our room was beautiful and perfectly clean. All of the staff are very attentive, helpful, friendly and polite.
The food is beautiful, fresh, tasty and varied both at Breakfast and Dinner, with a mixture of traditional Spanish/Andalusian cuisine, as well as other tasty European dishes, and English Breakfast favourites.
The facilities, including the pool(s) and outdoor space are amazing and again, immaculately clean and well maintained.
Great for couples and families alike.
We love it here and can’t wait for our next visit.
Thank you everyone for making our stay memorable!

Hotel is modern, with swimming pools, by the beach. Hotel parking paid €15 per day, unacceptable, should be free for its own customers. Fortunately we could park for free on the street near the beach, we were out of season. However, in season it is a big problem. Beautiful view from the balcony of the sea, hills and surroundings. Rooms OK, big, bathrooms are nice, but in our the shower handle was broken. Hotel service was good and nice. 3 elevators, but only one worked. However, downstairs in the hotel there was a huge canteen, at the entrance there was a "guard" checking customers, the room card reader was broken. The canteen was well organized, everything was easy to find. The food looks good and is tasty. However, the canteen team leader, a woman in a kitchen cap with tattoos, was very unpleasant, she was paying attention to customers and "putting everyone in corners", unacceptable. Outside the canteen, on the terrace, right by the windows there were also tables, unfortunately placed right with the tables on the other side of the glass, so that people were looking directly at their plates, not a nice feeling. The hotel is very large and a lot of people pass through. After 3 days of staying there we got sick with intestinal flu, Salmonella and one of us ended up in hospital. We assume that we got infected in the canteen.
Pity, no option on Google to give stars for kitchen/canteen. In this hotel only 2.
I don't accept any answer from this hotel management with the same nonsens. I just have read the previous opinions of other people and unfortunately it confirms what they wrote earlier, food poisoning is common here. It's a great pity, because the hotel is generally nice. However, because of how seriously I was sick - food poisoning, I will never choose a large hotel and this hotel on vacation again.
After the hotel's response to my review, which was turned into an advertisement and not a complaint, I am giving it yet 1 less star (from 3 to 2), especially since I remembered that in the canteen 2 days earlier, before I got sick, I witnessed an older child vomiting into his plate. At the time, I ignored it because such things do not make a bad impression on me, but when I got sick myself, I understood that this situation had a significant meaning.

I have just returned from one week stay at this hotel. It is not a 4* hotel, may be 3.5*. Rooms are very small, cleaning is OK. They have no private beach and you have to pay for sun beds. Now the worst bit - out of seven days I was sick five and my wife four - all guests we spoke to had also food poisoning. 2" from me is really very generous. EDIT - your reply is pointless, I spoke to many guests and all confirmed problem with FOOD POISONING. Many reviewers had the same experience.

So we booked this hotel last minute as Torremolinos is my husband's favourite place to visit in Spain.
We booked Seaview lateral room and was told that we had been upgraded to a better room when we checked in. The view was of the sea, however no sun was present on the balcony for the whole day. The room also had a very dirty sofa and a dirty table.
When we spoke to the receptionist in the morning about the room, we were told that we would be charged £25 extra a day if we wanted a room that would get sun on the balcony all day which we found shocking. Not sure if that's normal for most hotels, but a 1st for us both to have to pay extra just for the sun. Anyways we agreed to pay. We got to the room, and yet again it was unclean, the table was dirty and there was hair everywhere.
We went out for the day and came back to see that our key card to the room was not working. It didn't work at the back gate either. This happened multiple times during our stay so had to go reception each time to sort.
We requested extra pillows on the app and toilet roll, yet nothing was done about it.
Overall the stay at this hotel was mediocre, if that. There was no evening entertainment and the hotel was just a bit boring. The breakfast option was limited, not what you would expect a 4* hotel
Not alot for those who wish to eat halal or vegetarian. Pastries and bread were almost stall. Quality of food was very poor. Didn't bother to go for breakfast 2 days in a row as it wasn't enticing at all.
Wouldn't recommend a stay here, especially for the price we paid. Rooms could do with updating, decor is very outdated and the TV was slanted in both room we were given.
Quite disappointed with the stay overall. Only plus points was the weather and the beach was close by.
