We recently returned from a five-night all-inclusive vacation and were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our experience.
The room we were assigned was spacious, exceptionally clean, and had a lovely balcony. We were particularly delighted to have a partial sea view, which was simply breathtaking.
The staff at your hotel deserves special recognition for their outstanding service. Each and every staff member we encountered was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment.
We found the all-inclusive package to be an excellent value for money. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to cater to everyone's preferences. Each day, there were new and exciting dishes to try, and everything we tasted was simply delectable.
The pools at your hotel were truly remarkable. There were ample sun loungers available, and the views from the rooftop pool and bar were absolutely stunning.
The only minor inconvenience we experienced was with the elevators. With four elevators serving eight floors, there were occasional waits, especially for guests on the higher floors.
Overall, we had a truly wonderful holiday at your hotel, and we look forward to booking another stay in the future.

Good location, very central.
Lovely sea view. Yet the bathroom needs some proper body wash dispensers. Lifts situation is painful as it takes forever to go up or down.
Breakfast quality is low compared to what it can be doing outside. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Can't fault this hotel, stayed here many times over the years. Staff friendly and go all out to make your stay comfortable. Great central location and value for money. Looking forward to my next visit.

This hotel is very well located, there is a back door that leads directly to the busy street with bars and restaurants, this door is not wheel chair friendly, great wee short cut, the front door leads you to the resort lift 50 cents (each way) definitely worth going up n down. The rooms were large with 2 seats and a coffee table, the balcony is a good size, the bathroom was a bit small considering the size of the room. The all-inclusive food was good, plenty variety, the poolside bar for snacks was great, toastie n chips, burgers pizza, and plenty cakes. The reception desk was always 1st class, the only thing that let the hotel down was the size of the pool, bit small and very tight for water polo etc

Nice standard hotel based in Torremolinos. Stayed here as it was good location to visit the main cities of Southern Spain.
I chose half board option and both breakfast and dinner had good wide selection of food. Good service from all the hotel staff. Clean rooms and good hygiene in the restaurant. Only issue were the lifts as they are incredibly small, slow and really need updating.
