This is our second time coming to magic Robin Hood and we would love to come back. The kids club is very popular and our 2 little ones under 4 also participate and enjoy it.
It would be great if they could expand the (inside and outside area) as they were having over 35 children (now on Easter Holiday) and at some point the kids were bumping into each other. Also they had in one occasion a Halloween movie (children cartoon) but it didn’t really suit for the whole Easter theme they were doing so well. Apart from that staff are very caring and friendly. Children were engaged with different activities and choices (limited with what they had with the space and resources). Definitely recommend here!

First time staying here, it's great for myself and my 3 year old, especially the kids club - Maria Elena is amazing with rhe kids and they have lots of activities for the young ones.
Rooms are spacious and cleaned very well each day. The food has a decent selection - I'm not a fussy eater. Basic chicken nuggets etc for my little one.
I'd recommend staying here if you have a young family. ( stayed in April) weather is nice 23c, sunny but not too hot for kids.

Cabins were great! No TV signal hardly so bring something to watch on a night. Everything else was spot on the pools the slides mini golf the restaurants all fab!

Firstly, we were there during the devastation of the Spanish floods and although the site escaped it we realised it must have been very difficult for the staff.
A great please to stay for families, especially if your kids are primary school age and love being in the pool.
As we went end-of season it wasn't too busy, I'm not sure our kids would have coped if it was rammed in August.Our accommodation was good, though the shower pressure wasn't great.
The food was good, usual buffet affair, plenty of choice and our picky kids ate well enough.
We would recommend!

For sure the worst resort we ever stayed.
Really disappointed.
When we arrived we had a problem with our booking all inclusive plus.
The resort didn’t care or make any effort to resolve.
We are the guests and we had to resolve the issue between hotel and easyJet.
Staff are totally unprofessional and incapable to solve anything.
Guy called Sergio, totally unprepared to solve anything.
I tried in the evening and was a guy called Michael who is extremely rude and incapable to solve anything as well.
Zero customer service!!!!
I had to call to easyJet and solve everything and make payment again I chase my refund after due useless service by the staff.
We had the room with jacuzzi with is really expensive and not worthy.
Jacuzzi are half empty, water stays at 35 degrees only, water is never treated. After few days water was totally yellowed and smelled because there no filtration or water treatment there so they can save money!
Rooms are cleaned after 2/3pm everyday, really late.
Most the time we had to wait outside the room so they can clean because always they are late.
Again, extremely poor customer service, they simply don’t care about the guests, only about the money!!!
It’s “all inclusive” hahaha but obviously they charge for no sense stuff, like gloves for the ice skating, no helmet required only glove which they charge also!
Tennis court you have to pay!
Plastic cups also you have to put a deposit!
Karting for kids also you have to pay!
Game experience only 40 min a day, which is q joke.
That things remains closed till 4:30pm with no reason!
It’s a lot no sense rules made by another no brain person!
All the alcohol are fake, there no tasty of alcohol at all, you can drink bottles and bottles and you will fill nothing because they are fake!!
This is really disappointing and will reflect on hotel feedback as I said we have receipt from both, all inclusive plus and room upgraded and hotel simply saying doesn’t care and nothing can be done.
Another issue we had when they had a Disney Show, in the end they said was allowed to take a picture with Mickey and Minnie.
We join the queue few minutes they start and a crew member said we are not allowed anymore because we are late.
Totally no sense, they don’t have any empathy for the kids also.
We start a argument and they said they make the rules and that’s it, no pictures because we are late.
I do not recommend this resort ever, so much no sense rules they invented for no reason. They will never help you when you need it.
Hotel staff forgot they need tourist to pay they wages, with this kind of attitude and behaviour not gonna take long to this place be empty!!
Another thing if you have babies and need a baby cot they charge €7 euros a day for that.
This never was mentioned when we reserved.
They always gonna try to rip you off!!
Check in is 5pm, which is a joke!
We arrived here around 12noon and waited almost 5 hours to get our room with two kids to get some rest after our flight at 6am.
Funny enough the check out is 10am, so they need 7 hours to prepare rooms?!?!
For our check out we need a buggy to help to take our luggage at reception around 7am, but according the receptionist this service only starts at 8:30am so nothing they can do and it’s our problem to carry 4 luggage’s with child and a baby.
We not enjoy this holiday at all, I’ll do not gonna come back or recommend this place.
Here never again.
