The room was really big and very clean. The bed was comfortable.
The beach was super close with a lot of available loungers.
We didn’t go into the pools since it was a bit cold outside but they looked very nice and would have loved to be able to jump into one.
The food was good and it was always made sure that nothing is empty.
Also the little patisserie that was open in the afternoon was very cute.
There was a gold variety of drink options throughout the day.

Such a brilliant hotel. Everything was perfect. And the food was incredible. The staff were all so friendly, would 100% recommend to anyone! The rooms are cleaned and fridges are restocked everyday. Overall amazing experience. Plenty of activities and I would love to come back again.

Rooms are nice and the location is good.
Direct access to the beach and only 15 minutes walk to the town for shopping.
Most things in the resort are closed during the winter such as all pools and the outside restaurants and bars. Because of this the spa can get a bit rowdy with children but the management should sort this out if it gets out of control.
All inclusive food and drink is fine and there is plenty of selection. If you need drinks for a trip to the beach or additional to relax in your room, the bar staff should be able to fill a bottle or thermos for you with a smile...
We visited during the winter season and may return for another visit in the summer.

I recently stayed at this wonderful resort, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. The facilities were top-notch, from the beautifully maintained pools to the comfortable and spacious rooms. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of options that catered to every taste.
What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the animation team. They were simply fantastic! Every day, they organized fun and engaging activities for both adults and children. Whether it was water aerobics, dance classes, or evening shows, they made sure everyone was having a great time. Their energy and enthusiasm were contagious, and they really went out of their way to make sure everyone felt included and entertained.
The evening shows were a particular highlight—full of lively performances, music, and laughter. It was clear that the team put a lot of effort into planning and executing these shows, and it really paid off.
Overall, this resort is a perfect place for families, couples, or anyone looking to relax and have a good time. I highly recommend it and would definitely return in the future!

The first hotel in Turkey where I did not feel welcome and I had to check out of paid hotel and change to other hotel.
The main problem is that hotel management is into extreme saving for maximum profit especially with staff.
There are not enough employee's, so most of them are overworked and tired. That results on the service offered.
There is no table service at the bars so you have to wait in queue at bars to get your drinks.
The selection of all inclusive drinks is very limited to local brands and the quality is very poor.
Breakfast ends at 10.00 (8AM CET).
The selection of food in also limited regarding that it is supposed to be a 5 star hotel not a hostel, but some of the dishes are tasty.
In double occupancy room there was a single bathrobe and no liquid hand soap. You can use the safe for a charge. For 40hrs of use they charge you 3 days.
WiFi is OK expect at peak times.
The 4 tennis courts are not made of plastic but hard concrete.
The most positive experience was with one of the managers that offered us a room upgrade and he did his best to resolve the problem. Unfortunately he could not change hotel policy in general. But again I thank him for his professional an kind approach that raised my opinion of the hotel at least a little.
