Very cozy and modern hotel, very different from other Turkish hotels, with convenient zoning and sufficient territory! Delicious food and drinks) Large comfortable rooms. The only thing that surprised us, was the paid use of the SPA area. In general, we highly recommend visiting, especially for those who are looking for a balanced place for a family vacation!

Overall, my experience at the hotel ranged from average to good—I'd rate most aspects between 3 to 4 stars. However, the food was a major disappointment and, in my view, only deserves 2 stars.
Despite it being 2025, the vegetarian and vegan main course options were sorely lacking. Yes, there were plenty of fresh salads, which I appreciated, but you can’t expect guests to live on salads alone for an entire week. Most of the hot vegetarian options were either drenched in oil or cross-contaminated—serving spoons were often shared between meat, egg.. I’ve been on many all-inclusive holidays over the years, and unfortunately, this was the poorest in terms of vegetarian food offerings.
Another concern was hygiene. There were a number of cats freely roaming around the restaurant areas. While I understand the local culture may be more tolerant of animals in public spaces, their presence in dining areas raised serious food hygiene concerns for me.
I also dined at the hotel’s à la carte restaurants—Alibaba and Wok—on two of the seven nights, where falafel was the main course option both times. Unfortunately, the day after one of these meals, I developed a gut infection. This was confirmed by both the hotel’s medical team and a local hospital via a blood test.
The hotel staff did check in on me over the following couple of days, which I appreciated, but I was disappointed that they didn’t acknowledge the possibility of a food-related issue. Up until then, I had only consumed food and beverages served by the hotel.
Aside from this unfortunate health issue—which is the last thing anyone wants on holiday—everything else at the resort was reasonably good. However, this experience overshadowed the second half of my trip to Türkiye, and I would not return to Numabay in the future.
On a positive note, the entertainment team—especially Fatih and the rest of the crew—were fantastic. It’s a shame I can’t give a higher rating overall, as the resort has a lot of potential. With serious improvements to food quality, dietary consideration, and hygiene standards, it could truly be the best.

Great hotel, nice service, plenty of activities, lots of choice for restaurants inside the hotel with a variety of styles and world's kitchens.

We enjoyed our stay in this nice, quality hotel - it had all you need: enough swimming pools and activities for kids and adults, good entertainment, lots of plants, big selection of fresh food, everything clean and modern, very lovely bar area by the beach. Lovely girl Renata working in guest relations who helped us a lot ☺️✌️ our first visit with two small kids was very comfortable, would consider coming here again :)

We're here for a 10 day stay and have had a brillant stay so far. We booked a swim up pool which is very spacious and feels very private. We also didn't realise that having this room meant you could eat in the steak restaurant as many times as you want. A great option if you want more variety from the other restaurants. Be warned though there is alot of food if you choose to have the set menu. The heated pool is a winner as the other pool can be very cold. The beach bar is very idyllic. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful especially Victor in the lobby bar ( kindly accommodated our requests for footie on the tv ) and Dean the guest relations manager always on hand with a smile to help answer our questions. It would be nice to see some more activities for the older kids that don't want to use kids club like maybe footie games or kids water polo. Overall a lovely hotel that has everything you could need. Shops are directly outside as well which is handy.
