Absolutely amazing holiday here!! Travelled as 2 adults and 2 children (9month old and 3 year old). We stayed in block A in an ocean view suite. The food was amazing, best all inclusive food I’ve ever had. Veggie and vegan options for all meals. For lunch we always used the nautical snack bar, the paella was lovely. We spent most days round the quiet pool but I love that there were 2 options of pools. Baby pools next to both of them. Hotel was extremely clean everywhere. All staff very friendly. And for the kids they have an outdoor soft play that is covered with shade, we spent lots of time here. They also got new sunbeds and tables while we were there! More than enough for everyone.the hotel is also very eco friendly, washable cups and compostable plates and cutlery for around the pool. plus they give you water bottles and there’s loads of refill water stations around the hotel, including near the rooms.
The only downside was the lifeguards kept taking down our parasol if there was a slight breeze- the only parasol allowed up was the lifeguard’s!! Not ideal in scorching heat with two young children who needed shade so we had to go and sit inside :( so the hotel really needs to invest in better parasols.
I also wouldn’t use the Foto Event people. The photo staff are lovely but you can get the same quality photos on your phone. I thought they would be properly edited after I chose which ones I wanted (given how expensive they were!) but they were just printed there and then.
Also there’s not that much going on in the local area, we ate out a couple times but I preferred the hotel food!
But with all that being said, We would definitely come back here! :)

Hotel Landmar Costa Los Gigantes is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. It impresses with its cleanliness, comfort, and beautiful surroundings, offering stunning views of the ocean and the Los Gigantes cliffs. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
The food is excellent – a variety of buffets and themed restaurants cater to all tastes. Guests can enjoy multiple pools, exciting entertainment activities, and evening shows and concerts. The hotel is well-prepared for any situation, making a stay here a truly enjoyable experience.
Personally I was very happy with the daily activities for example aqua gym and aqua dance with Antoine! He is the best trainer and animator, for sure!
I’m back in July 2025!

Fabulous resort! Rooms were spacious very clean and nice on the eye and easily accessible! Food was by far one of the best for choice we have experienced although towards the end as always with all inclusive you get a bit fed up but cannot complain it was good quality with lots of choice! Entertainment on most nights Elton John tribute was fantastic. The pools especially the kids area was lovely and heated very clean! Always had a sun bed available but we did go in march I would imagine in the main season it would be busy! Staff were always very friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend for families we have had a wonderful 10 days it lived up to the 4 star expectations.

Family Hotel Review
I had the pleasure of staying at the Family Hotel for a week, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile at the reception. The staff was incredibly attentive, providing detailed explanations of the hotel's services and kindly answering all our questions. They even offered personalized recommendations to help us make the most of our stay.
The hotel's atmosphere is perfect for families. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful touches for children, such as cribs and toys available upon request. Additionally, the play area and the kids' pool kept our little ones entertained throughout our stay.
One of the highlights was the food. The hotel's restaurant offers an excellent variety of dishes, featuring both local and international options. Every meal was a feast for the palate, and there were always healthy alternatives for the kids. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was exceptional: from fresh fruits to homemade bread and hot dishes prepared on the spot.
In summary, the Landmar Family Hotel combines impeccable customer service, family-friendly facilities, and an outstanding culinary experience. It’s a place we would happily return to and highly recommend to any family looking for a memorable vacation.

Heads up: This was our first all-inclusive stay, so we were skeptical.
The Good:
Premises:
Great layout with two larger pool areas—one quieter and the other for daily animation. It was great to have a choice between the two, and neither drinks nor empty sunbeds were hard to find.
Food (Buffet):
Honestly, far better than we anticipated. Great selection with different themes every night. Some choices seemed a bit odd to me, like not having the same cheese variety in the morning as in the evening. But overall, you could always find something that suited you, and the quality was good. We were really pleasantly surprised by the food.
Team / Animation:
The animation team is (or was, in 2025) awesome. We didn’t use it much, but you could see they put a lot of effort into it. Great team—this goes for the F&B team, housekeeping, and reception as well.
Housekeeping:
A+ team—always super friendly, making for an awesome experience.
Kids:
Lovely space for kids of all ages. There’s plenty of programming during the day, plus activities like archery, sports courses, a nice climbing course, and more for smaller children. Really well done.
⸻
The Medium:
Drinks:
Available pretty much everywhere, but everything is doused in sugar. The juices are just syrup, so plan accordingly.
Wine is meh, beer is good, cava is alright.
Coffee? The worst I’ve had from a machine in a long time. Even office filter coffee tastes better than what these machines spew out.
Volume:
Why does everything have to be so loud?
I’ve slept next to the speakers at Berghain, and it was more comfortable than the volume at the kids’ mini-disco. Bring earplugs!
⸻
The Bad:
À la carte restaurant:
Since the hotel is mostly all-inclusive, this is advertised (and should be) as an elevated experience beyond the buffet. But it lacked in every aspect. Service seemed more concerned with getting us in and out quickly than providing good service.
• Starters: The Tartin I got was a frisbee that had clearly been prepared hours before service.
• Mains: The BBQ plate was basically the same food from the buffet, just served on a hot plate. The only upgrade was the “beef” (I won’t call it steak or anything similar), which, for a change, wasn’t well-done but medium. Other than that—boring, no taste, no sauces. (I mean, there are so many local and international sauces—why serve the meat dry?!)
• Wine: Good, but obviously not included in the all-inclusive package. (The house wine is insufferable.)
Didn’t stay for dessert—we didn’t want to be disappointed any more than we already had been.
Beds:
I get that beds on wheels (like in a hospital) make it easy to adjust to different needs (twin, queen, etc.), but this was the worst. Imagine your bed shifting with the slightest movement, creating a gap so deep the Mariana Trench would be jealous.
• Have your kid sleep in your bed? Best wishes that they don’t get lost in the depths of the nether realm.
• Want to do any other nightly activities? Stick to the one slim side of the bed that doesn’t have an inner need to roll off to Mordor.
Gaming Machines:
I get that these are an important source of income, but placing them right at the only entrance/exit to the buffet area seems a little… vile.
⸻
All in all:
Even though the negatives are more detailed, they don’t outweigh the positives. It was a decent experience, but this will remain a one-time visit for us
