Good value for money. The food is reasonably good, and the staff are friendly, though at times they lack professionalism. There are long waiting times at reception and the bar. At the pool bar, the staff can be a bit grumpy, and it often feels like we're asking for a favor when requesting a drink. The Moroccan restaurant offers delicious food and was the highlight of our stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean.
Overall a good experience.

This is possibly the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Although the location was good due to being close to the airport overall experience was poor. My family and I booked one night stay and paid nearly £300. We had to leave the hotel an hour after checking in. The hotel is run down as many people have mentioned and is in seriously need of a total revamp. This hotel is one of the dirtiest I have come across. The carpets are filthy - they need to be washed and there is dust all over the furnitures in the rooms. You can clearly tell they do not care to clean the rooms properly. The tap in the bathroom was also broken. For the prices that this hotel charges I expect them to do much better than this and to provide reasonable service. I do not understand how this hotel is rated as a four star hotel.

After reading the reviews before we stayed at the resort, I was a little hesitant. I needn’t be because it was a fantastic stay from start to finish. People saying it’s run down or they only cater to French is incorrect. I’m American and my French is minimum but I was treated no differently.
Completely happy with the buffet selections, loved having wine at the table for lunch and dinner. For an all inclusive, the drinks were fine. We tried several times to tip but none of the staff would take it.
The staff went out of their way to make our stay fantastic and we will absolutely go back there again. It was a great way to celebrate my birthday!

We got a very poor impression from the start, the facilities are quite dated. The staff have not been particularly helpful (for general recommendations) the water fountains in the lobby seem to be more often empty than not.
It is quite expensive for the quality.
Do not give the staff your phone at any point as they will give a five star review to the hotel without your permission.
I asked to have the boarding pass printed and a member of staff asked for my phone to send the boarding pass to the hotel's email/phone. After a good few minutes I was given back my phone saying that they didn't manage to send it which I then did myself. Later on I noticed that they had put a 5 star review in My name through My phone for the hotel on Google.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Marrakech.

I was looking forward to staying at this hotel as the aqua parc looked fab - however we really didn’t receive the service from a hotel that one would expect-
Starting with positives - food was good and rooms were good ( although need some updating)
Location is good too right next to train station.
Negatives - service is poor - for price they charge they don’t have any service skills - they have minimal facilities in rooms so no iron not even on request - laundry service takes two days so not available for a two night stay - no prayer mats available - any questions don’t bother - they don’t provide airport transfer or car service - we were due to check out at 12 and I had someone walk into my room while I was trying to nap at 1030 then knock again at 11:15 asking if I was checking out or ready too - like they couldn’t get rid of you quick enough!!! Very disappointed and will not be recommending or staying here again even my kids were not happy and jus wanted to leave. I expected better as I travel regularly to Morocco but as this was first time with kids I decided against my normal hotel and not did I live to regret it!
