We spent the last week of September at the hotel and were absolutely delighted with our stay, both in terms of the infrastructure and the staff. The hotel is definitely up to European standards. We felt well taken care of in every aspect. The hotel grounds are very safe, and despite the large number of guests, it was peaceful. There are beautiful coral reefs near the hotel. The only downside to the hotel's location is the lack of direct access to the sea. Overall, we rate the hotel five stars and highly recommend staying here.

Jaz Maraya and its top-notch staff saved our vacation! We booked a different hotel via TUI (Coral Hills, which we now call “the purgatory”), which was unbearable to stay in. We contacted the agency to relocate us but they were not helpful. So I reached out to the hotel on our own and made the booking. We arrived traumatized from a bad experience and entered an absolute dream! We were taken care of from the second we entered the premises. The food is tasty, fresh and delicious. Drinks are as good as in some of the best bars in big European and US cities. The staff are always smiling and helpful. Everything is clean and accessible (unlike the other hotel, which looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year). And most importantly, everywhere you look, it’s just so beautiful and aesthetic! And as a bonus, the hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport. Huge thanks to everyone, including Mr. Azim, who made our stay absolutely delightful!

This is our 3rd trip to Egypt and I must say that this hotel is the best so far. The food is really good, the crew is very friendly and helpful. The biggest pro is the diving spot placed in a small bay which enables snorkeling without worries of the high waves.

The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was equipped with all necessities.The housekeeping staff was attentive, ensuring everything was immaculate.

The food at Jaz Maraya was a highlight of the stay. The buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of international and Egyptian dishes, all of which were fresh and flavorful. The à la carte options were also excellent, and the seafood was particularly noteworthy. The staff at the restaurants were friendly and professional, making sure dietary preferences were catered to.

The hotel offers a wealth of activities. The pools are beautifully maintained, and there’s a great kids' club for families. For those interested in diving or snorkeling, the house reef right off the beach was spectacular – crystal clear waters, vibrant coral, and abundant marine life. The hotel also organizes excursions to explore nearby sites in Marsa Alam, which I highly recommend.

The staff’s attentiveness was exceptional throughout my stay. From the reception to the waitstaff, everyone was eager to ensure guests had everything they needed.
