Jasmine Palace - Me and my boyfriend came to this hotel for 1 week and so far we have found no faults with the hotel. We enjoy both the beach and pools. Each part of the hotel has a different vibe from quiet and chilled to music and activities. Our room is stunning with a beautiful view. The food is also good. The animation team are amazing ! They do so much for the hotel and provide the best experience. Paris was a great help from the moment we arrived in the hotel she came over and introduced herself and told us to go to her if we needed any help. Thank you for a great time so far❤️

I came here with my family for 2 weeks. We are about 1 week in so far and we are all enjoying ourselves very much. The food is fabulous with great variety. Our room is so beautiful and cleaners come every day. The pools and beach are great ! We prefer to sit by the active pool where the animation are. The animation team are amazing and always get all of us joining in with their activities. Me and my sister went to the club with them where they kept us very safe and made sure we had a great night.

This is our second time here and we love the staff, the friendliest we have known in any hotel hence the return. They are so helpful and can’t do enough for you. The entertainment team are so friendly and make effort to talk everyone and make you feel welcome. They get everyone involved in the daytime activities. A shout out to Paris shes great fun and friendly and the new guy in animation is brilliant so much energy just what the hotel needed. There is always something you can find to eat in the restaurant. If u tip the barman a couple of dollars a day they will serve you round the pool at your sunbeds. The grounds are beautiful and so well kept such a pleasant place to be. Overall an enjoyable holiday all round

The hotel as a whole has been great. The gardens at this hotel are so well kept and pristine. We think the rooms are great but some need updating. The food is also really nice , we enjoy the lunch and evening meal more than the breakfast. We did the safari trip which was a great experience. Animation team have been amazing. We enjoyed the belly dance show.

I recently stayed at Jasmin Hotel and had a mixed experience. Positive Aspects: The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, always making an effort to assist guests. The hotel itself is visually appealing, with a beautifully maintained garden and an inviting atmosphere. These aspects certainly added to the overall charm of the stay. Areas for Improvement: Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. It was often served cold, lacked variety, and breakfast was particularly underwhelming. A wider selection of fresh dishes and better temperature control could greatly enhance the dining experience. Additionally, we were surprised that the game room required an extra fee, even on cold days when indoor activities were needed. It would be great if some indoor entertainment options were included for guests. The evening shows seemed promising but did not meet expectations, as many guests left early due to the lack of engagement and excitement. While the entertainment team was polite and made an effort to interact with guests, they did not manage to create a lively or engaging atmosphere. Another downside was the limited availability of fresh fruits, which could be improved to provide a healthier dining option. Excursions: On a positive note, we took part in a safari trip, visited an aquarium, and explored Mini Egypt—all of which were fantastic experiences, especially for families with small children. These activities are highly recommended. Overall, while the hotel has great staff and aesthetics, improvements in food quality, entertainment, and guest activities would make it a much better experience. Would I return? Possibly, if these areas see improvement. Until then, I would recommend it with reservations, particularly for those who prioritize food and entertainment during their stay.
