This hotel is absolutely amazing. It's our second time here and we've already booked for next year. All of the staff are friendly and very welcoming. My daughter has absolutely loved kids club and all of the amazing activities that they have on throughout the day and night. We booked a one bedroom excellence room which has direct access to the pool area. You also get free coffee refills for the coffee machine and mini bar stocked up everyday if you are all Inc. Eva you are amazing and we love you. Thank you for everything.

Amazing hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. Everything kept so clean. Food was excellent and a great amount of choice every day. The entertainment staff were great, you could do as much or as little as you wanted, they put everything in to their job everyday. The hotel is right next to the beach and just a short walk away is another bay,although you don't really have to leave the resort. Can not recommend this place enough.

We had the experience package. It was very good. Great spot for families with kids and the entertainment team worked hard to ensure they were kept occupied. Room was clean and comfortable. We were on the ground floor , pool was a staggering 5 to 10 metres, experience restaurant at least 25 metres walk. Gated access to the beach a further 5 to 10 metres. Dropped the service a point as there appeared to be a discrepancy between male and female attitude to job. Without exception all of the female staff were superb and made us feel welcome. Some of the lads appeared to be asleep on the job, wrong breakfast orders etc. Thankfully these were few in number and the other guys more than made up for it, there television in the bedroom was not working and we had a repair chap to the room within 20 minutes, same on reception, I had a car in the carpark within 20 minutes of request. Hence the four star score on this one. The only criticism I would have is the dead heat this is due to the geography of the area as there is not a lot of air movement. The air temperature was about 24/26 degrees but I'm convinced the temperature around the pool was in the mid to high 30s. This is too hot for me but my wife loved it. Other people will rate this 5 star. We probably will go back but we will go for the experience b&b package . This is due to the fact that the area is extremely well served with restaurants and allows more freedom. Secondly would ask for a room higher up in the building as there appeared to be better airflow form second floor up.

Lovely hotel, great location with beautiful views. Nice food especially the excellence breakfast. Clean rooms and beautiful views from the balcony. And most importantly great entertainment team. Fabio does an amazing job at keeping everyone entertained. Sofia is a good fit for the entertainment team. Super enthusiastic entertainment. Very friendly staff who really try to make your stay as good as possible. Especially the hotel sisters (I don’t know their names) go above and beyond. I also hope to see Alberto as a manager next time we come. The only thing that we missed was a bar to sit later at night, as the bar closes at 10. Best holiday I’ve had in a while I would really recommend this hotel!

Totally loved it! Rooms were clean, and ours was huge. The food was wonderful, the staff was nice. The ocean was cold, but that's totally normal. The only thing I didn't really like is that there were only two small pools, one with deeper water, and one with shallow water. It wasn't really busy tho. It was great. View was breathtaking and the whole island is pretty. I highly recommend it!
