This is a very nice hotel, the food is superb. The chefs really are excellent and loads to choose from, one thing and it's really only a point, but the waiter staff need to mention that water is available free with the evening meal, (does help with the children not buying expensive refreshments every nite). They won't mention it unless you know. Apart from that though, what a place, it's got everything and shows it off in style. The evening entertainment was very good too. Especially a lovely young lady with black curly hair, who works with the children (didn't catch her name, but she knows me as team Stuart), she is brilliant in her role, totally engages the children in activities and I never seen her once in a sad mood. Really good. So all in all, a real experience and worth the money. Well done team RH 🙂

Lovely hotel in the old town of Benidorm. Amazing large room and everywhere so clean. Great choice of food at the buffet selection. You could always find something. The hotel is in our preferred location and is really close to all the old town amenities. We would stay there again.

Situated in the Old Town not far the beach and promenade, so we found everything is accessible. Wonderful hotel, not just saying that, I read all the reviews before we visited and honestly can't fault it. The staff, rooms and facilities are top tier. The restaurant is a unknown secret, all the food is exceptional lots of variety and really caters for the typical English diet but lots of good nutritional dishes to try. Have no hesitation in recommending or revisiting again 👍

We had a lovely 2 weeks and all the staff couldn't do enough for us. Food excellent, Bedroom Brilliant, everywhere super clean. Can't wait to go back.

Pro's:
- Hotel beautiful and clean.

Con's
- Pictures on website very misleading, pool is small and very very cold.
- Daytime entertainment non existent, we see the entertainment person a couple of times and he was walking round saying how cold he was, didn't actually see anything happening and he certainly never came over to speak to us.
- Food not great, oily and never really hot, I have celiac and choices very limited, ended up eating out most days. I know all inclusive isn't the best but we always go AI and this certainly wasn't as good as others.
We travel as a group of 8, last year we stayed at the sister hotel RH Royal and that hotel was definitely the best out of the 2 with great daily activities and entertainment personwho really made the holiday, very disappointed that we ended up going out each day for things to do although the plus side of staying in a hotel that is part of a group was that we got to use the Royal and enjoy activities with David. Wouldn't return to Victoria
