A lovely hotel made all the more special by the fantastic and hard working staff. Situated next to the old town and a couple of minutes walk from Levante beach it's a brilliant location.
Rooms were clean and bright, beds are comfortable, shower is lovely and powerful.
The buffet restaurant is brilliant, a large choice of dishes on offer. Food is fresh and tasty.
The best thing about this hotel is the staff, every single member of staff we met were super friendly and professional. The restaurant staff were very special, I watched them chat to everyone and make everyone feel special as well as working hard. I would certainly go back to this hotel. Thank you for making our holiday so comfortable and welcoming.

We just got back from a week staying here and it was an excellent, reasonably priced hotel. I would look to stay at an RH hotel on my next visit to Spain. My daughter turned 9 years old while we were there and she was so happy to find a happy birthday balloon in our room with a little message in a card. It made her holiday extra special and one of the waiters coming to sing her happy birthday in the restaurant was so wonderful for her. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and all of the facilities, particularly the swimming pool and the staff were excellent. The food was outstanding too.

Really good hotel, with clean rooms and fantastic staff. The breakfast selection was varied and good quality. The location is very near the prettier old part of town and top quality beaches - ideal in every respect. There is a secure room to leave your luggage if you have an afternoon/evening flight - no additional charge is made for this superb service. Our room (1803 - a family room sleeping five) had fantastic views across Benidorm and the mountains beyond. The cost of the hotel is very reasonable for what it offers (including live nightly entertainment).

The hotel has more than 10 floors, but only 3 very small lifts. Not ideal for a family with prams and suitcases.
Rooms are a good size but a little dated.
The staff were all polite and friendly.
Not too far from the beach and bars and restaurants.
The spa area was really good value for money.

Pros:
* Great location, near the old town (5 min walk). A 10 minute walk to the beach/seaside. Also possible to walk to Benidorm bus station (slightly further afield - 20 mins) and also the famous Sunday/Wednesday market (20 mins).
* Breakfast had a good selection of vegetarian items though I think vegans would suffer significantly by the lack of eggless items. The menu did become extremely repetitive after a few days and unfortunately there were no authentic Spanish options. Whilst plentiful, the pastries, cakes, cereal, yoghurts etc all become quite monotonous after a few days.
* Hotel entertainment was good and children's entertainment is also useful - though unfortunately was unavailable for a couple of days during our stay.
* The cleaning staff were always happy to provide additional supplies.
* Showers / toilets very good/functional. Beds were very comfortable.
* Fantastic balconies in all rooms, scenic views.
* Well proportioned and lit rooms with good natural light and airflow.
Cons:
* The dinner became extremely repetitive and vegetarian options were notably limited. Aside from a margherita pizza and chips, the other items were quite hit and miss and this is disappointing. You'd expect either more options or upon understanding that there are a number of vegetarian guests, to try to be a bit more imaginative.
* The rooms were not consistently and fully cleaned during our stay. If not present at the time of cleaning, aside from making of beds, most other things would be left untouched or just re-stocked. In the sun, you could see a lot of dust throughout, mugs and glasses were not cleaned, etc.
* The chefs were unhelpful. Asides from a Pakistani chef who made an effort to help, the others were rude and dismissive. When asked if something was vegetarian, one just said "yes", and it transpired it was a beef dish. He did not apologise - he just ignored the issue, which is disrespectful.
* The lifts are incredibly slow and not arranged for a hotel of this size. One would often spend 5-10 mins waiting for lifts, which for a 4* hotel is quite surprising.
* No drinking water refills throughout the entire stay.
* Charges for the spa are excessive. Given the outdoor poor is not usable during the winter/spring, it is strange that there are charges for an indoor swimming pool. Also restrictive with pre-booking needed and allocated children's times. Use of a pool is key for children during holidays and so more should be done to try and accommodate this.
