+ the food was truly excellent and varied, the hotel is spotless and has a good location between new town and old town. The staff si helpful.
- the outside pools and jacuzzi were very very cold. At least the jacuzzi should be heated. This is not what you expect from a 4 star superior hotel. Also why should I pay for the inside pool if I am a guest of the hotel? It is too much.

Stayed here last week of the summer holidays, If I could give 10 stars I would, Fantastic hotel and amazing staff. Fran on the front desk could not do enough for us was like having our own concierge, he booked our car hire, tickets for attractions and his local knowledge was brilliant. The food is probably the best All inclusive I have had, there was so much choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner you could stay there a month and not have the same meal. Rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard and well kept. Only thing I could find fault with was the aircon in the room was pretty weak. They do not open the pool till 10.30 so there was was no mad rush for the sunbeds we went down at about 11am and always found a spot for 4 of us. The location of the hotel is also perfect was very quiet at night and only 8 mins walk from the main beach and pretty much the same for the old town. When we landed back in the UK we realized that my wife had left her watch in the room safe I rang the hotel immediately they found it and sent it back to us at no charge or issue the communication from Juan all way through that was also very impressive. Will definitely return to this hotel again and again and highly recommend to anyone.

The hotel is quite nice, good location close to shops and restaurants. The pool is very small for the size hotel it is. The food is excellent however.
The gym and spa you have to by €7 for 2 hours I think for a 4 star hotel with limited facilities there shouldn't be a charge for this, for this reason I would not give a high rating to this hotel you can find better elsewhere.
I came with friends but even for families the hotel feels like there is limited space and activities to keep kids entertained for a whole week.

Well, I usually come to the RH PRINCESA in Benidorm just after new year each year, but, as we’ve had such a good time in the past, this year we decided to come for new year itself, BIG mistake. If you like hours of Spanish euro pop, played by a Peters and Lee lookalike duo, whilst watching elderly Spanish people, most of whom are not, I believe, even staying at the hotel, line dancing to every tune which has been adapted to an incessant samba beat, then this IS the place for you.
It’s mind numbingly boring for anyone who is not Spanish, and totally disregarding of most hotel guests who are British, Dutch, and German. Not a British, American, or other modern music track all night, and I mean all night until 2.00am.
Some customers even went to the bar area to remonstrate with staff about this. Anyone who was not Spanish was sat for the whole evening looking bored and completely fed up.
I think it may be a gesture towards the Spanish wanting British tourists out of Spain, however, if this were to happen in Benidorm, or any of the other similar resorts on the Spanish Costa’s, which are built on the British pound, then this resort and the others would be bankrupt.
I have lived and worked all around the world and experienced many cultures, which I have respected, and accepted, but this behaviour by this hotel, and the Spanish who were responsible for organising the evening, is disrespectful, and disregarding, of tourists boosting the Spanish economy. I’m seriously considering not using this hotel again, and also considering not visiting Spain due to this experience:
Instead of Spain, I’ll go to Greece, Croatia, or similar, who are friendly towards the British, and appreciate the investment of the British pound.
Poor show on behalf of RH Hotels.

Just been for dinner as a non resident with friends who were staying. 20€ for the buffet, great value & the food was superb. A special thanks to "Rocio Hurtado" for the great service & going the extra mile to look after me with gluten free options & even finding me a gluten free brownie for dessert.x
