The rooms need serious makeover…. They are very plain and basic and sometimes have a musty smell, clean but compared to the beauty of the gardens and all the outdoor areas it’s disappointing. My friends stayed here for their trip to see me. The staff is great! The gardens and breakfast is great! So close to the beach and all the areas to walk around. Is just wonderful: but please… update the rooms!

I had booked this through love holidays. I must say the photos to show the rooms are no where near to the standards at all. I did book a standard room because on time of booking that was available. However the room was not clean at all. The toilet had a strong foul smell coming from it. The bedroom was very old and needed doing up, there was constantly so many flies. Rooms were not even being cleaned. In one area of the hotel there is no wifi I made the receptionist aware he was like well be honest in your review, so here I am. The beds were so uncomfortable I have come back and have the worst back pain like never before. I would not return to this hotel I did not like anything about it.

Location was great a few minutes walk to the beach. Booked a double room these were made up as singles. Towels were a dirty white and often only had 2 towels they forgot the other 2. So had to ask for them. They often didn't bring toilet roll. I do think the cleaning staff worked hard but they just had so much work to do. I went to the bar to ask what drinks they had was informed by a very abrupt man beer or whiskey. When I asked for a beer he slammed it down in front of me. Only areas to get WiFi was by the pool or reception.

Stayed here with my family ( 2 adults & 2 children) 24-29 August. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds is very well kept. The food was really good mostly catered towards the locals. I was hoping to see those halal cocktails sausages during the breakfast but unfortunately there wasn't but that wasn't a problem. They had an omelette and pancake. My only problem with the hotel is the room, especially the bathroom. The bathtub has mould around the caulking and there was rust around the taps and sink. The odd thing was that the toilet is in a separate room altogether, which is usually a plus however there isn't a sink in the toilet. Instead their bidai is in the bathroom and not in the toilet. I found this quite odd. It didn't make sense at all. The toilet was also big enough to include a sink so not sure who decided on this layout. The room is big we had 4 single beds and there was a half wall in the middle of the room. Which was also strange. Plenty of cupboard space and I did like the dressing table which had a light next to the mirror so for the ladies you can do your makeup well. Lastly the balcony would accumulate water from the AC outside. When I would leave the swimming costumes to cry on the balcony it would fall to the ground and soak up the water, so in the morning I had a drenched swimwear. It would be good to have a retractable string in the balcony to hang swimwear. Overall the hotel is good if you don't mind the bathroom situation and the location was perfect.

I was very concerned going to this hotel given all the negative reviews but I was very surprised when we arrived, we were a party of 6 with 3 rooms for a week. We received 2 refurbished rooms and one older style, all the rooms were spotless with very comfortable beds. We had an issue with the fridge in one room told reception and we received a new one no problem. The rooms were cleaned everyday and we received new towels and toilet paper daily the cleaning staff were so helpful and friendly a real credit to the hotel. The animation team are fantastic so full of fun and energy. Everyone we delt with at the hotel was so pleasant and helpful. The pool is beautiful and spotlessly clean the sunbeds are some of the best quality I have seen and there was plenty of them if extra were needed the staff had no problem getting more for you. The WiFi was a god send especially for the two teenagers (18 & 19) it was available in the rooms at reception and in the snack bar areas. I really can't understand all the negative reviews okay some of the rooms are dated but thats not a big deal for us a holiday is what you make it and we made the most of it all I would return to this hotel again no question.
