I don’t often leave reviews whilst I’m still at places, but after reading some of the negative reviews which almost put me off staying here I thought I’d give a fair and honest review. We are in room 122, which is ground floor right opposite the main pool, absolutely wonderful location, the grounds are vast and kept in wonderful condition, lots of gardeners and maintenance people doing a great job. The hotel lobby is beautiful with wonderful views of the sea, the staff on check in, polite and friendly. The food isn’t Michelin star standard, but you aren’t paying that price, it’s excellent still with great variety, if you’re English and are expecting a full English, you’ll be disappointed but lots of excellent alternatives, all the waiters and waitresses are polite and helpful, a tip goes a really long way and they are extremely thankful. The maids are first class, the tiles have like a grain in them and it makes you think there’s hairs everywhere (reading previous reviews people moaned about this) there isn’t, the rooms are cleaned and mopped fresh daily, could the odd hair be missed, yes but so what?! Again tip the maid they work hard. The resort is five seconds from the beach, perfect location, we’ve had no trouble whatsoever from locals, plenty of police around keeping everyone safe. I’m not saying this is the best hotel in the world, but at the price point, it’s outstanding value and we will absolutely stay here again Look out for the aeroplane bushes

We absolutely love the multi-cultural vibe of this hotel!!! The staff are a credit to this beautiful place - reception are accommodating and also very patient when we try to use the local languages. All staff are courteous and professional; the rooms are spacious and vary between ultra-modern and rustic Moroccan-style (which we prefer); and the animation team are hard-working, super friendly and fun (Didi, Salah, Hamza, Walid and Ali.....you made our holiday!) We tried all of the on-site eateries and all were superb. (Breakfasts are second to none and the afternoon tea at Al Khyama was delectable!) We must make special mention of the efficiency of the security staff and, in particular, the very kind guard at the beach entrance who made a point of drawing my attention to my rucksack, which I often left accidentally unzipped! It was much appreciated, though sadly I lost the information with his name on to thank him on this review. We have already stayed here twice and can't wait to return (Inshallah). Excellent hotel with beautiful park, nice rooms with beach and sea views and very friendly staff - to very good prices. We booked a double room with half board included, the breakfast and dinner is from 7 to 10. Lots of choices and yummy options! Different menu each night. Fresh omelet, donuts and local food each morning. Staff even spoke a bit german. Activities and program through out the day and each evening. Kid friendly options. Unfortunately in January the pool and ocean was too cold to swim in but the sun was very nice by the pool or on our balcony. Rooms are not the most modern ones but therefore you have good prices. Everything is very clean.

I went to club almoggar for my anniversary as soon as I came I asked for an iron. This establishment did not have one I was shocked all hotels have an iron and I’m not a person who can go out with creases clothes. As soon as we enter the first room there was 3 single beds and no sea view I had booked a couple room with a sea view. The cleanliness of the bathroom was disgusting the scale in the bathroom was nasty and the smell was very horrific later on the next day as I had spoke to reception they changed our room to a sea view and a king size bed as soon as I entered the bathroom it was again extremely smelly and the toilet was not clean their was urine stains on the toilet I had to buy antibacterial wipes to clean the toilet apart from that everything was good it was just cleanliness for my wife

Orbad

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. We expected one big bed and sofa but surprisingly we were allocated in the room with four single , comfortable beds. The room was spacious enough, had a TV and a little fridge. Service in the hotel was perfect. Whatever you ask for you have it. The location is quite ok. Pools are really good and big and there is always space on the sun beds. Breakfast was really nice. The only weird thing about it was ham. Just don't try it everything else was really tasty. The animation team was excellent. Usually stuff like this is quite boring but these guys were exceptional.
