We just arrived at the Bristol hotel and decided to on this hotel as it said Double superior room, thinking this would be a nice room with pleasant views. How wrong was i, its more like a standard room with no view, just a large white block of flats and all you see is cloths hanging out side of the windows. They told us that if we wanted a better room a superior - superior than we had to pay extra. They have given these room a plush name to hide the fact of the views you would get. The irony is we have booked 2 weeks. The rooms are not well insulated between the rooms, you can hear actually hear conversation next door. If you want a nice hot shower in the evening you might as well forget that the water is lukewarm. The only plus side is the hotel is clean and the room is comfortable and cleaned daily. The food is ok and you won't go hungry. It is near the old town and about 10mins walk to the beach.
There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby and local bus stop just across the road.
This is one of the worst 4* spanish hotel we have stayed in because of the view outside can hear people in the next room and just unpleasant to sit outside in the balcony. If you book just check what room you are getting or maybe look at some other hotels near-by.

The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. Food options were varied. We stayed in a junior suite. Would have been nice to have had bath robes for a junior suite but nice touch with the coffee machine and water. Shame the balconies faced the main road as the pool views were better. However we still enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay. Really enjoyed our 3rd visit here. Ideal location on the edge of the old town and the beach front.
Breakfast choice is excellent, however I would have liked to see boiled eggs on more than 1 occasion.
Would also appreciate in a room for 2 at least 4 small milks and not 2. Couldn't make a coffee as not enough for 2
Only downside is that every evening the hotel caters for locals and not hotel guests. However on 2 nights we were there most of them didn't even have a drink in front of them. Alcoholic or otherwise.
Also this is the only hoteli've stayed in that still charges for a room safe.
Overhaul an enjoyable stay. Probably wouldn't return though

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at HB. Staff are very good, attentive, professional and helpful. HB has a wide range of food available each day in the buffet style restaurant. Busy place and very popular with local people as well as guests. Location is perfect, right on the edge of the Old Town and Levante Beach is only five minutes' walk. Rooms are comfortable with AC and a fridge, WiFi, balcony, fair-sized bathroom. My only quibble is ours faced a bus stop and busy town centre road so the noise level can be annoying, so take your headphones. HB is a great option for both those new to Benidorm and old hands alike. We stayed 31 Jan to 20 Feb, 2025, and feel it is a decent and respectful hotel. *Please try the mojito in the ground floor bar. Highly recommended.

We had another excellent stay. The staff go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. The restaurant had a good range of veggie/vegan food this time around and I was able to eat so many things. The food is great quality and cooked well. The staff in the restaurant are brilliant, and are so efficient and kept everything spotless, and were always polite, even when really busy. Reception staff were really helpful and rooms were spotless. I would recommend paying extra for a superior city view room so you get the sun for a lot of the day on the balcony. Will definitely stay again.
