Me and my friend were very disappointed with the food, All we ate our whole holiday was chips, There’s no food for children even though the hotel claims to have it. You have to pay for all drinks including water apart from at breakfast. Food definitely catered just for the Spanish.
The pool was freezing as it was in the shade and not heated at the end of October. There was also some very loud construction work happening next to the pool making it unenjoyable. There were pool inflatables at the hotel that the woman on reception said we could use but when we got to the pool the bar man said we weren’t allowed to put them in the pool.
The website claims to have a spa but when we asked we were told it’s €20 per person to use the spa- more false advertising.
The guests were mostly all over the age of 60 and a few of the men kept staring at us (we are both 16).

Hotel is in a great location, bang in the middle of old & new town with a short walk to the beach. Food was nice, staff were very friendly & helpful, good wifi, rooms very clean but had some decorating issues (wall paper was peeling off wall). If you go out of season you will need to wear a swimming cap to use the pool - we weren't aware of this until we got to the hotel.
Would say the hotel is more aimed at older people - isn't suitable for families as not much for kids to do.
Overall a nice hotel.

Loved the rooms, location and staff. The only disappointment was the buffet (hence the 3* evaluation on the Service).
A 4* hotel , in Spain, in 2024 not having a single vegan option in the menu is disappointing to say the least given the price.
More than that, while being vegan is an option, being celiac is not and aside from gluten free bread and a madalena bought in a supermarket, there was nothing else I could feed my son despite the amount of pastry they offer. And these were only available at breakfast, at lunch and dinner there was never gluten-free pasta and all the desserts were for non-coeliacs aside from ice cream on a cup.
That would all be fine if we didn't warn, several days before our arrival in advance, about this matter, as informed in their own website, which we didn't receive any answer by the way.
If you are a meat lover, you're going to have a blast because from breakfast to dinner, that's all they seem to know what to cook.

Lovely hotel for Benidorm, a very short walk to the shops and bars. Quiet on a night time. We came in April for golf, so the restaurant and bar was quiet in the hotel but Benidorm itself was lovely as you would expect. The swimming pool is covered with a plastic dome, and the terrace is quite enclosed, but the main beach is only a 10 min walk away, which is lovely and clean. The hotel is very clean, rooms are clean, bedrooms provide you with a bed for the night with plenty of room to store clothes. Would probably come here again as it suits what we need.

Lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our time at this hotel. Rooms were really nice and very comfortable beds and everthing we needed in room. Staff were all very nice but especially Reguart at reception who was very friendly and helpful.
