❤️❤️❤️ „I had the opportunity to spend a few days at the Hard Rock hotel during the Halloween, and I must admit that I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was not only beautifully decorated but also very clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which made me feel at home.
The service at the hotel deserves special mention. The staff was extremely helpful, always smiling and ready to meet all my needs. They quickly responded to requests and questions, which made my stay much more enjoyable.
Additionally, the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and varied. I will definitely return to Hard Rock hotel next time. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to relax and unwind!”

Although I misplaced a note with the names of half a dozen 'Hard Rockers,' I won’t forget Muad at reception. He went above and beyond, helping out with a few non-hotel-related matters. His professionalism and personable approach put him among the best I’ve come across in my travels.
The lady at the Sessions restaurant in the morning also stood out. Always friendly and upbeat wearing a cool 'Hard Rocker' style leather jacket, she was oftentimes the first face we would see when confirming hotel number and name for breakfast, before the first coffee of the day, and always with a genuine smile. She is fantastic.
There were quite a few bored guests when rain stopped play, and the guys at GMT+1 bar were fantastic. CR7 is one of the many great guys there and always ready to chat to the hotel guests waiting for sunshine.
Overall, it was a great experience, and when I’m back in Marbella, I will only stay here.

The hotel has been changed to hard rock brand cheaply and in general mediocre for the price.
We were fortunate with our deluxe room allocation, it was clean&comfortable, a testament to the cleaning staff. We had views of the pool and sun on our balcony in the morning.
It would help if there were more sun loungers as the large poolside beds are chargeable. Hard rock should take steps to make this clearer at the time of booking as it feels hidden in the t&cs. The poolside staff provided great service to us and didn’t quit all day in the heat.
The reception staff provided fantastic service to us, listened and accommodated us when we shared our hotel experience.
Breakfast had a wide selection of food available and wasn’t busy before 9 and food was still fresh.
The hotel is a 15/20min walk to the marina, it’s an easier route if you head towards the beach via the underpass near the hotel.

Unfortunately HRH did not meet our expectations and we were let down various times during the whole reservation process and during our stay.
Positives: The location is great. The door guy Jesus was very friendly and Guest Services were helpful when we left a phone in the room upon check out. The breakfast had a great variety and the welcome staff were lovely.
Negative: Where do I start? 1) We booked directly on the Hard Rock Hotel website and upon booking it took my card details for a obligatory 50% payment to reserve the room. 5 days before our arrival we received an email from the Hard Rock Hotel accounts department requesting full payment within 72hours otherwise they would cancel the booking. I emailed and rang explaining my confusion and received no response. I then noticed the reservation had been removed from the HRH website. I managed to speak to someone at the call centre as we were boarding our flight who managed to sort it out after much unnecessary stress.
2) We were offered an airport transfer which was advertised as an option to “enhance” our stay on the website. It stated this would be added to our bill. Again we then received a link requesting full payment otherwise it would be cancelled. There seems to be a complete lack of communication between the marketing and the operations of the hotel ruining the customer experience before even arriving at the destination.
3) Our booking through Unity offered a Superior room with free upgrade. Upon arrival we were told we would not be able to have an upgrade however they were giving us “the best superior room in the hotel”. The room was small, hot, out dated and over looked the motorway, trash cans and skips. It was not ideal. We demanded to change rooms to which we were moved to a better room with pool view.
4) the service is absolutely shocking. We requested our room to be cleaned 3 times. Finally someone came to clean it at 3.30PM and did a rush job leaving the terrace filthy and not replacing any of the amenities/water/coffee etc
5) All guests must pay to use a front line sunbed by the pool which is shocking. The pool staff were rude and there was no service.
I’m sad to have to write this but hopefully the hotel can improve on this. You can’t charge X amount on a room and not deliver.
