It was our first time in Gran Canaria, and we were very pleased with the hotel. The staff are welcoming and friendly. On arrival, we were told that our room had been upgraded, and we had a ground floor suite with a terrace. The rooftop terrace was our favourite place to relax and quieter than the pool area with very attentive bar staff. The food could have been hotter as most of the time the selection was only warm. The location was quiet, not much to do unless you use public transport or book the day trips. We would definitely recommend this hotel for out of high season holidays, and we will look to book with the hotel chain again.

Fantastic service, staff, room, menu options and activities. We had such a brilliant stay in this hotel. Recommend getting the suite with the hot tub and view. The loungers in the private section are excellent too. Christian and all the staff kept us entertained with activities and drinks all day long. Saxophone player at breakfast one morning was a fun surprise too! Gym is well equipped and spotless. Loads of Vegan options from the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner 👌🏻

The price-quality ratio what we paid is not good. The quality of the food is poor, and many items are missing labels indicating what they are. In the buffet tables, food sits out for long periods without cold plates for items that should be kept chilled. The warm food that is cooked is tasteless. The Fusion restaurant is a complete failure—you expect something better where you can enjoy good food and service, but you get the exact opposite. Received sorbet in a broken glass. On New Year’s, there was no non-alcoholic sparkling wine available. Nowadays there are options for non alcoholic wine and sparkling wine available.
The hotel service is okay but not exceptional. Reception, housekeeping and some of restaurant staff were nice and service minded. I cannot recommend the all-inclusive option at this hotel, nor the hotel itself due to its location. The room is spacious, but the renovation quality is quite poor. There were no possibly to connect your phone with TV, I think Chromecast is nowadays thing at the hotels.

First time here and it will not be my last. The staff were friendly, the room clean and spacious, the pool side had enough room to accommodate guests. As a treat to myself I paid for a days rent for the Riviera club where a bottle of cava was part of it. When you split the cost between two people it's not that bad. Entertainment was ok, some nights were better than others but didn't detract from the overall feeling. Location is beautiful with it being right by the beach. A lovely touch which was gratefully received was a light dinner which was left in the room as we had arrived way after 10pm. The food overall was ok. Buffet style and although I am a fussy eater I didn't have to put up with the same thing every day. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my week here and I look forward to being a guest again next year.

Good Afternoon
Both myself and wife are Grand class members and have used a lot of the H10 Hotels throughout and to us this is probably one of the best of the H10 Hotels we have stayed in to date.
The staff were very polite and friendly not to mention the food was excellent and equally the the hotel was very clean and well maintained.
We hope to visit this hotel again soon and we would not hsiate in recommending this Hotel to friends and family.
