**Review: Disappointing Stay at H10 Costa Morgan**
I recently stayed at H10 Costa Morgan and booked a suite with a jacuzzi tub, expecting a luxurious experience. Unfortunately, it was anything but. When I arrived, the room was extremely warm and took over a full day to cool down to a comfortable temperature. When I raised this issue with the maintenance staff, particularly an employee named Miro, I was met with condescending remarks. He rudely suggested that I should have stayed in my original room instead of switching.
I also booked the all-inclusive package, which was a major letdown. The food options are limited to the buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with set times and a very repetitive menu. After 10:30 PM, there are no food options available anywhere in the hotel. When I asked the reception staff for recommendations for late-night food, they were unhelpful and simply stated there was nothing available.
The jacuzzi tub in my suite was another disappointment. It took two hours to warm up after turning it on, and that was only after maintenance had worked on it. For all the hassle, the hotel manager offered me a €30 pass to the beach club as compensation, but it hardly made up for the subpar experience.
To add insult to injury, I booked this suite four months in advance, only to find out that on the day I arrived, the same room was €50 cheaper than what I had paid.
Overall, this stay was far from the relaxing getaway I had hoped for. Save your money and pick another property—you'll be much happier elsewhere.

Stayed here recently with a family of 8, the staff were incredibly helpful/friendly, the location of the hotel is great it isn’t too far from Puerto Rico or Maspalomas (both good places to visit when on Gran Canaria). We had an issue with our room in which the shower kept leaking and there would be water on the floor so we had to keep putting towels down everywhere but they had sent a repair man and the issue was no longer after that. We really enjoyed our stay :)

We have just returned form a weeks break to this hotel.
Beautiful stay very quiet and beautiful surroundings.
Nice to not have to get up at a stupid time of morning to get a sunbed as pool not open until 8.30/9am.
Food of good standard and very friendly staff in the restaurant.
Drinks however let things down slighty as they are not very nice the beer and wine are passable but cocktails and spirits poor quality.
Room very clean and tidy.
Safe in the room free to use which was nice touch.
All in all very good value for money and would definitely return.

THIS IS A MUST READ. In this review I will explain how we found the Hotel, Staff, Food & Location but first you will need to understand a back story. 2 days after check in we received a note in our door explaining we had to visit reception. At reception they explained that the hotel had recently come into new management with a new hotel chain & explained as the new hotel chain didn’t have our money, we would have to pay again. (Please note, a completely separate incident to the love holidays fiasco) The managers downfall was showing me the accounts spreadsheets & dropping himself in it. They couldn’t explain how 60+ reservations were purchased from the old company to the new, but not ours. There was no attempt to call higher management within the hotel chain to resolve this. At one point I found a number which was in charge of accounts. Instead of asking them to pay, the manager & said person on the phone (they Clearly knew each other) had a laugh and a giggle & them proceeded to hang up & shout in the reception area that if I didn’t pay again by 5pm “you will be removed” it was a complete and unexpected attitude change. We paid again & upon our return home, will have to try and resolve this with either the bank or parent companies. Putting this drama aside I will now tell you our unbiased opinion on how we & others felt about the hotel, staff, food & location. HOTEL: all publicly accessible areas are clean & mopped every day, upon arrival we saw them repainting sections of white wall that had been marked by suitcases etc so they obviously pride themselves on trying to maintain their image. The pool, loungers & restaurant areas are plentiful enough to hold the amount of rooms they have, we never had to fight for a lounger/seat. We had mixed opinions on the room. It looks modern & holds a rainfall shower & decent sized balcony along with a coffee machine & large tv. If you look past the nice shiny items you’ll find useless A/C, rainfall shower head that looks as tho will fall off the wall at any given moment, the rooms are not “cleaned” every day ACTUALLY not at all. The entire stay we had the same bed sheets, I know this because day 1 I accidentally spilt sun cream on the duvet & bed sheet, still there on the last day. The drainage is not so good, after 1 minute in the shower it completely fills up & seeps into the bathroom, you have to turn the shower off often to let the drainage keep up. STAFF: all staff in the buffet area are super nice & make an effort to make you laugh, say good morning etc. the staff at the Mogan bar are 50/50, on some days they are the same as the buffet area, incredibly attentive & then the next day those same people don’t say a word or make eye contact, was very strange. And of course it must be said that the managers bipolar behaviour is yet to be desired. FOOD: this is massive factor for most people when it comes to all inclusive, we were quite impressed. Breakfast had fresh orange juice, coffee machine & large selection of hot & cold items. For Lunch & Dinner There are standard offerings of freshly made pizza & pasta as well as a massive selection of salad & desserts. The main dish items rotate every evening and most are “themed” the food itself is of good quality. There is one negative to note, they failed to label an ice cream which contained almonds. It looked identical to a Nougat Ice cream they had on offer the night before so My friend who is only mildly allergic to tree nuts consumed a whole bowl before being told what was in it, if that was someone with half a serious allergy that could’ve been very very dangerous. If you stay for 7 days or more you get 1 visit to the A La Carte restaurant, they tell you on check in you have to pre book. What they don’t tell you is that it is not open on the weekends and during the week they only allocate for 3-5 tables out of the 20 or so tables a night so they tell you it’s fully booked every night even this the place is mostly empty. LOCATION: about 30 min drive by car from the airport yet it is located on the other side of the island.
