We literally stumbled into this hotel and were greeted by Jorge and a glass of champagne!! So refreshing. We didn't have a booking and got a room that was perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay here immensely and can't wait to go back. Jorge at the front desk was so kind and efficient. Wonderful stay

Absolutely amazed and satisfied with the hotel. The staff were friendly and very very helpful in any sphere: reception, cleaning and kitchen. Especially cleaning ladies were so kind and open hearted that you feel like home. The room was big enough, all the amenities were present, including bathrobe, slippers, dental, shaving and sewing kits. Everything was neatly cleaned everyday. Also two bottles of stilled water were provided every day, which was also a great advantage. Location of the hotel is perfect: 5 minutes walking and you are at the beach and face the cafes and entertainments. In 15 min walk you can get shopping streets and restaurants which are especially magical in the evening. The hotel is also quite accessible from bus stops. You can get any point of the island. The staff at the restaurant were also amazingly helpful and friendly. The hotel is for adults only, so there was always quiet which was also good advantage of the hotel (personally for me). And one more thing that made my heart melted: very attentive and professional care of disabled people. I’m definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Tenerife.

This is our third stay at Hotel H10 Big Sur and there is a reason why we keep returning. We find the staff friendly and helpful, particularly so this year when I had a medical emergency and the staff were very supportive. The hotel is very comfortable and always clean and well presented. We particularly appreciate its calm and quiet atmosphere. The food is excellent with plenty of choice. Thank you H10 Big Sur for helping to make our holidays so restful.

We had a horrible experience in this hotel. We had been discriminated and humiliated and the worst experience I had in Tenerife. We went to this hotel before going back to the airport to visit our friend who was staying in this hotel. We come to Tenerife often and we wanted to check this hotel out as we’re thinking of booking rooms next time. Lo and behold, the receptionists, at least three of them treated us horribly and was told that we are not allowed to go inside, visit our friend’s room, not go to the bar, not go to the pool. In short, we were told to go away. Whilst these policies are ridiculous, we never questioned these. However, the way they talked to us was unforgivable; they created a scene in the lobby, shouting at us and people were staring. We were unfortunately discriminated and we definitely do not deserve such treatment.

Beautiful hotel lobby. Checked in and met with a glass of Buck’s Fizz, we stayed half board and we thought both breakfast and evening meal was lovely with plenty of choices. Our sea view room was a nice size room looking out to sea / harbour. The swimming pool area was always clean and a nice pool. The bar with night time entertainment was great, we personally thought it would have been better if the entertainment had finished half an hour later but I understand not everyone would want this. And lastly but very important is all the staff were so friendly. Would I stay again - Definitely if I can afford it because it’s not cheap to stay here.
