We had a fantastic stay at H10 Atlantic Tenerife in January for a week. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredible — so welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt at home and had everything we needed. We went all-inclusive, and the food was top-notch. With access to three different restaurants, there was always something new to try, and the variety never left us feeling bored. Plus, the drinks options were plentiful, and it was a nice touch to have our minibar regularly stocked.
Our family room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. The access to the balcony and the pools was a great bonus. The hotel itself was immaculate, and you could tell everything was well-maintained and run smoothly. A highlight was the free photographer service — we had a fantastic photo session with Jonas and his team, and the photos were beautiful.
The underground parking was secure and convenient, and the hotel’s location was ideal. It was easy to get to from the airport, and we were able to take plenty of walks with our pram, with lots of family-friendly areas nearby for exploring.
The gym and wellness spa were also excellent, and we enjoyed some wonderful massages during our stay. Overall, we would highly recommend H10 Atlantic Tenerife to any family looking for a relaxing, well-managed resort. We’ll definitely be booking again for our next trip!

We LOVED our stay at H10 Atlantic Sunset and would recommend and return. The hotel is modern, spotless, and very baby-friendly. The architecture and interior design is beautiful.
The buffet was a real highlight —fresh, varied, and delicious— the pool bar offered complimentary still and sparkling water during the day. The staff were warm and friendly, and the hotel felt spacious yet easy to navigate.
Our minor issues were the loud music from the nearby Hard Rock Café and the beds and pillows, which could be more comfortable. But overall, fantastic!

Amazing resort perfect for families with children under the age of 13. The staff speaks several languages and is very attentive to guest needs. I highly recommend signing up for the Privilege inclusive package. It gives you access to great restaurants on the property, discounts at the spa, and a members-only pool and restaurant. Great location and the pools, entertainment and New Years celebration were all amazing!

Had a lovely 6 day Christmas break with my son. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The food was very good especially the Christmas Day Gala and the Japanese Sakura Teppanyaki. I have allergies so the head chef walked me round all the food counters and went through the ingredients. Location of the hotel was good for a coastal walk (not suitable for people with walking difficulties). The rooms were lovely. I've given it 4* as we both had a north facing room so no sun which may suit some people.
I enjoyed it so much I'm going again soon for a few days.

My stay has been extremely disappointing due to unacceptable hygiene issues. I found bloodstains on the bed sheets, a hole in the duvet, and footprints on the pillow when I checked in. Upon arrival, nobody helped with the luggage, and the front desk staff and the doorman were unfriendly, with poker faces and no welcoming attitude. Despite reporting the problem, no proper action was taken. This is not the standard expected from a 5-star hotel. I would not recommend this property unless they improve their hygiene and service standards.
To compare, I recently stayed at a resort in Fethiye, Turkey, which was far superior in terms of cleanliness, service, and overall experience. The staff there were genuinely friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to make guests feel valued. Unfortunately, H10 fell far short of those standards.
I strongly recommend management to revisit what it means to deliver a 5-star service, starting with improving staff training and focusing on guest satisfaction.
